Welcome,

My friend.

This is your time and your space to let go.

So find a cozy and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again breathe in and out.

With each breath,

Letting your body settle and your mind soften.

Let's begin.

Imagine yourself walking into a place of absolute peace,

A place that feels safe,

Beautiful and completely yours,

A place where you feel at ease.

You get to choose where you are.

Perhaps you're walking down a quiet forest path with the scent of pine and earth in the air,

Sunlight streaming through the trees.

Maybe you're strolling along a sandy beach where the waves are gently rolling in and the salty air soothes your skin.

Or you find yourself in a blooming meadow with wildflowers dancing in the breeze,

Birds singing softly in the distance.

You might even be on a quiet mountaintop where the sky stretches endlessly and you can see the world below calm and still.

Wherever you choose,

Imagine yourself there now.

Feel the ground beneath your feet.

Hear the sounds around you.

Breathe in the beauty,

The stillness.

Let this place hold you,

Let it welcome you.

This is your sanctuary.

As you walk,

You begin to notice the thoughts that have been weighing on you.

The worries,

Stress,

The overthinking,

The mental noise.

A soft golden light comes and surrounds your head like the warmth of the sun.

This light begins to gently melt away these thoughts and they begin to fall from you,

Gently landing on the path behind you.

Perhaps as small leaves,

Feathers,

Or pebbles.

You don't need to carry them anymore.

With every step,

More and more of these thoughts release,

Falling softly to the ground.

You don't look back.

You just keep walking,

Letting them drift further and further behind you.

Your mind feels lighter,

Clearer,

And free.

Now shift your awareness to your shoulders.

Feel any tension you carry here.

The burden of responsibilities,

The pressure,

Expectations,

The burden of past struggles.

With each step,

The soft golden light blankets your shoulders and the tension begins unraveling,

Falling away from you like a heavy cloak slipping off your back,

Loosening every knot,

Lightening every burden.

One by one,

The stressors fall behind you like stones dropping onto the path.

Left behind as you move forward,

You are not meant to carry everything alone.

You can release.

You can surrender.

And as you do,

Feel how your body begins to relax as the weight disappears.

With each breath,

Your shoulders drop,

Relax,

Let go.

You are free to walk with ease and lightness.

Now bring your attention to your heart,

The place where emotions live.

Maybe there's something here that feels heavy,

An old wound,

An unspoken worry,

Sadness or pain that has lingered too long.

You don't have to hold on to it anymore.

With each step forward,

Imagine your heart begins glowing with the soft golden light.

With each inhale,

The light expands,

Filling every corner of your chest.

And with every exhale,

Feel the heaviness in your heart dissolving and gently lifting away,

Like petals floating off into the wind.

Whatever you've been holding on to,

Old hurts,

Fears,

Doubts,

Sadness,

Watch as they fall away,

Landing softly on the ground behind you.

Your heart is open,

Your heart is light,

Your heart is free.

Now take a moment to pause in this serene place.

Breathe in deeply,

Feeling the lightness in your mind,

The relaxation in your shoulders,

The openness in your heart.

You are free,

You are safe,

You are whole.

Look ahead and notice how clear the path is now.

You're walking forward with nothing holding you back.

The past is behind you.

The burdens are behind you.

And ahead of you is peace.

Know that you can return to this place anytime you need.

Whenever stress begins to build again,

You can come back here,

Walk this path,

And let it all go.

You are free,

You are light,

You are at peace.

Take this feeling with you.

It is yours to keep.
