Welcome to your Many Worlds Meditation.
The Many Worlds Meditation is a powerful visualization practice inspired by the teachings of Billy Carson,
A renowned thinker in the realms of metaphysics and quantum theory.
Rooted in the idea that infinite possibilities exist within parallel realities,
This meditation guides you to quiet your mind,
Envision your personal multiverse,
And connect with a version of yourself who has already achieved what you desire.
By accessing this alternate self's wisdom,
You can bring clarity,
Insight,
And motivation back to your current reality.
This practice blends mindfulness and imagination,
Offering a unique opportunity for self-discovery and empowerment.
Inspired by Carson's visionary approach to exploring human potential,
The Many Worlds Meditation opens the door to the infinite possibilities within you.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed.
Let your body settle,
And gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
And slowly release it.
Allow your shoulders to relax,
And let any tension in your body begin to dissolve.
Before we begin exploring the multiverse,
We'll use a special breathing technique called the vortex breath.
This sequence is designed on the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence,
Bringing your body and mind into harmony,
And helping you reach a neutral,
Meditative state.
We will breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Following a rhythmic pattern.
The breath counts are 13,
8,
5,
3,

And hold.
I will guide you through three rounds of this sequence.

Bring your attention to your mind,
And you may notice different types of thoughts floating around.
These could be small,
Fleeting worries,
Like things you need to get done.
Or maybe larger concerns about work or relationships.
Perhaps you find ideas or plans,
Projects you're excited about,
Goals you're working toward,
Or dreams you hope to achieve.
Some thoughts may be memories,
Little scenes from yesterday,
Or even further back.
Maybe you notice random observations,
Things you noticed recently,
Or details that simply pass through your mind.
And there may be emotions present.
Feelings about yourself,
Your life,
Or even those around you.
Simply notice each one without judgment.
Now,
Picture a bowl in your mind.
It could be smooth glass,
Clear and sparkling.
Or a ceramic bowl,
Earthy and glazed in deep blue or green.
Maybe it's brass,
Warm and golden,
With intricate engravings.
Or a wooden bowl,
Rich with natural grain and grounding colors.
It could also be a simple,
Sleek shape,
Or adorned with intricate patterns or symbols.
Whatever feels right.
Let this bowl take place as the perfect resting place for your thoughts.
Notice the thoughts resting in your bowl.
They may be busy or still,
Heavy or light.
Feel them without judgment,
Observing them with curiosity.
Now imagine a gentle hand dipping into the bowl.
It reaches down and carefully picks up one thought,
A worry or distraction,
Lifting it out of the bowl and releasing it into the air.
Watch as this thought drifts away,
Dissolving softly,
Leaving a small space of calm behind.
The hand dips into the bowl again,
Picking up another thought.
Maybe it's an idea or a memory.
As it's lifted up and released,
Feel that thought fade and float away,
Bringing a sense of lightness to your mind.
The hand reaches down,
Finding another thought,
A stray detail or a lingering feeling.
It rises and is set free,
Disappearing gently into the stillness around you.
Again,
The hand moves into the bowl,
Gathering a thought,
Lifting it carefully and letting it go.
Feel your mind growing even quieter,
A calm settling in as this thought drifts away.
Finally,
The hand dips down one more time,
Lifting out the last thought and releasing it.
You watch as it dissolves,
Leaving only a deep stillness,
An open and spacious calm in its place.
With your mind now quiet and spacious,
Begin to imagine a vast,
Infinite expanse,
A multiverse filled with countless worlds.
Each world around you holds a unique version of yourself.
Each living their own life,
Exploring different possibilities,
Different choices,
And different successes.
Picture this multiverse however you like.
Perhaps it's a star-filled galaxy.
Each star a different world,
Glowing softly in a vast,
Endless space.
Or maybe you see each world as a picture hanging in a vast gallery.
Each frame holding a snapshot of a different life.
A museum where every framed portrait is a version of you living out a different possibility.
You might see doorways stretching out in all directions.
Each one opening to a new life,
A new experience.
Or maybe you imagine yourself surrounded by mirrors.
Each one reflecting a different version of you on a different world.
Each reflection shows a life filled with its own joys,
Choices,
And challenges,
Allowing you to look into these realities as if gazing through a window.
Let whatever image feels right take shape around you.
Notice the sense of possibility in each world.
Each one representing a unique version of yourself,
Living a life with its own wisdom and experiences.
Allow yourself to sense these many lives,
These many versions of you,
And feel yourself connected to them across time and space.
As you make your way among these many worlds,
Look for one that stands out to you.
A world that feels resonant.
This is the version of you who has achieved something you desire,
Who has succeeded in a way that calls to you.
Perhaps they have found wisdom,
Happiness,
Or a level of success you are seeking.
Focus on this version of yourself,
Sensing the strength and clarity that radiates from them.
As you connect with this self,
Feel the bond growing stronger.
Reach out and allow yourself to communicate with them.
When you are ready,
Ask them for guidance.
Ask them what they know,
What they have learned,
And what advice they have for you in this moment.
Listen closely to any insights or advice they offer,
Welcoming these words and thoughts as they come to you.
Allow these messages to settle within you,
Taking root.
It is now time to take a gentle breath,
Feeling the connection to the other self softly release.
Bring their wisdom and insights back with you.
Carrying these lessons into your current reality.
Feel yourself returning to your own body in the present moment.
Take a deep breath in,
And slowly release.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Grounding yourself in the here and now.
Roll your shoulders gently,
And when you feel ready,
Stretch your arms,
Bringing a sense of movement and energy back.
Back into your body.
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
Sit up slowly,
Taking a moment to notice how you feel.
Calm,
Clear,
Inspired,
And focused.
Now take a piece of paper and a pen,
And jot down any impressions,
Insights,
Or guidance you received during this meditation.
Write freely,
Capturing anything that stood out to you,
Even if it feels small or abstract.
Let this act of writing anchor your experience,
Helping you to integrate the wisdom you've gained into your life.
Namaste.
