Start by taking a deep breath in your nose and out your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Start counting the inhale to three.
Let's do the inhale together.
One,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out.
On the next in-breath as you count to three,
Envision a golden light surrounding you.
And when you breathe out,
You breathe out this golden,
Pure light.
Your worry has now become pure light.
You are present in this moment.
You are safe.
I want you to put your hand on your heart.
Simply feel how your heart is beating.
It is there.
You don't need to ask for it to work.
You don't need to pause for it to have a break.
It is there.
And if you have a condition,
A heart condition,
In this moment,
You are safe.
Right now,
You are safe.
And you have support around you.
It can be angels.
It can be guides.
It can be family.
And I want you to know that right now,
In this moment,
All you need to think about is your breath.

As you continue this cycle of breath,

When you breathe in,
Say to yourself,

So when you do that on the full breath,

If you didn't close them,
No worries.

Feel your feet if you're able.
