Keiko Ozeki

With over 20 years of Zen practice under Zen teachers in Japan, KEIKO organizes a Zen practice community, Inner Sanctuary, that aims to cultivate our inner peace. She guides this community in practicing SONOMAMA, (as-it-is-ness). SONOMAMA, which means "as-it-is" in Japanese, encapsulates the ultimate message of Zen: to be present in the current moment. In this practice, we embrace the present state, recognizing that all there is is the way it is now. KEIKO is an organizational and leadership consultant renowned for her expertise in fostering individual and social well-being. As a circle keeper and presencing-based coach, she guides groups and individuals through transformative processes, promoting their presence in both personal and professional contexts. Her roles as a meditation guide and intercultural specialist highlight her commitment to holistic development and cross-cultural understanding. She also facilitates difficult conversations, drives healing, and catalyzes culture change, creating a compassionate and supportive environment for growth and transformation.
