Keiko Ozeki

With over 20 years of Zen practice under the guidance of teachers in Japan, Keiko is a meditation guide, inspirational speaker, and founder of Inner Sanctuary, a global practice community dedicated to cultivating inner peace and presence. Her work centers on SONOMAMA—a Japanese term meaning “as it is.” Rooted in Zen, this approach offers a powerful framework for navigating complexity by meeting each moment fully, without resistance. Through her teaching, audiences and practitioners cultivate the capacity to remain grounded, clear, and responsive in rapidly changing environments. In parallel, Keiko is an organizational and leadership consultant, partnering with leaders, teams, and communities to guide transformative processes. As a circle keeper and presence-based coach, she emphasizes the primacy of being and creates high-trust spaces for authentic dialogue, deep reflection, and meaningful cultural change. Bridging contemplative practice with leadership and organizational development, Keiko’s work supports individuals and institutions in cultivating emotional immunity, clarity, and sustainable well-being. Her speaking and facilitation empower people to lead, relate, and live with greater presence—both personally and professionally.
