A gentle practice to soften, breathe, and reconnect with your heart. This session begins with coherent breathing to calm the nervous system, followed by a short crystal bowl sound bath to support openness, ease, and emotional release. Guided by the affirmation I am ready to open my heart, you’re invited to soften without forcing and meet yourself with compassion. Return to this practice whenever you feel guarded, disconnected, or ready to let a little more love in. Simply get comfortable and allow breath and sound to guide you. Hello and welcome.

Please find a comfortable position.

You can sit or lie down for this session.

Give yourself a moment to sit in a comfortable position.

And if you are comfortable you can close your eyes.

And then give yourself a moment to arrive.

I am ready to open my heart.

We will begin with a few deep breaths and some coherent breathing.

And finish with a mini sound bath.

So now I would like you to bring your attention to your breath.

To each inhalation and each exhalation.

And start to deepen your breath.

Make it slower,

Lighter and deeper.

And now I invite you to place your hand or both hands on your heart.

On your chest area.

And first of all just take a moment to notice your heart today.

And I would like you to imagine a ball of light that is in the middle of your chest.

This ball can be any colour you like.

And when we start the breathing I would like you to imagine you breathing into your heart.

And with each inhalation the ball of light expands beyond your body.

Like a little bubble of light and protection.

And we will connect this to a coherent breathing pattern.

So equal inhalation and exhalation.

And we will begin inhaling through your nose.

And exhaling through your nose if that's comfortable for you.

For a count of four.

So let's begin.

Inhale 2,

And exhale.

And you can now let go of this breathing pattern.

Just go back to your normal breathing.

And now let yourself listen to the different sounds.

With an intention of opening your heart.

I am ready to open my heart.
