So take a deep breath in,

Inviting compassion to fill your heart,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or heaviness.

This moment is yours,

A safe space to honor your emotions and reconnect with the love and light that remain within.

Divine Light within and around me,

Thank you for holding me in this time of grief.

I honor the depth of my emotions,

Knowing they are a reflection of love.

May I find comfort in the memories that warm my heart and strength to face the moments that feel too heavy to bear.

Help me release the weight of what I cannot change and guide me toward peace and acceptance.

May my heart remain open to love,

Even through the pain,

And may I trust that healing will come,

Gently and in its own time.

I am supported,

I am held,

And I am never alone.

And so it is.

Now let us ground this prayer with three affirmations to gently support your healing.
