Today's practice will be triangle breath.
I'll count to begin with and then I want you to keep counting and finding a pace that serves you today.
The practice will focus on a light inhale counting to three,
A hold counting to three and a slow exhale for six.
Close your eyes,
Relax the jaw and let's play.
Take a breath in for three,
Two,
One.
Hold your breath three,
Two,
One.
Breathe out six,
Five.
Body relaxes for three,
Two,
One.
Lightly in three,
Two.
Hold your breath three,
Two.
Breathe out six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two.
One more with me,
In two,
Three.
Hold two,
Three.
Exhale six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two.
Keep going in for three.
Holding three.
Just see how slow you can go today.
Maybe you need to go a little faster,
Maybe you can really slow down.
Maybe you can even go to four,
Four and eight.
It's really relaxing your body into a pace that's right for you.
And what is it like if every inhale is space,
Is warmth,
It's energy?

Aware and every exhale body really melts.
