I love Jenny’s calming presence and how dynamic, yet soft she is with her presentation. This meditation/breath work was fantastic. I felt calmer and more grounded after the practice.

This is a quick, dynamic, free flying energy meditation. I love the way that Jenny paces. These meditations gives me life, but also allow softness and openness to occur. I never feel like I’m being pushed too hard yet,I’m always on the perfect edge.

I loved this challenge. I liked the rhythm. I liked being able to push myself at my own pace. It brought wakefulness, clarity, empowerment. This was a wonderful meditation. I’ll definitely come back to it.
