Welcome to this meditation.
This meditation is called Summer Stillness in the Firefly Glow.
When you're ready to begin with me.
Find your preferred meditation position for today.
Noting that you don't have to meditate the same way every day.
Whatever feels good for you in this moment.
Found it!
Get comfortable,
Settle in.
And very gently and softly closing your eyes as you feel inspired to do so.
Let's begin to ground ourselves into stillness.
Imagine the body like a stone.
You're strong,
You're still,
You're grounded.
You might even be feeling that you're slightly warm from the summer sun.
Inhale and feel that warmth.
And exhale,
Feel the strength and groundedness,
Just like a stone.
Continue just to inhale and exhale and widening.
This settling,
This grounding,
This stillness of the body and mind.
You might even think of your breath.
Is a warm summer breeze.
Long and easeful.
Moving through your back.
You might even use your breath to start to release and melt some tension.
Warmth is so wonderful at melting tension.
Imagine the shoulders softening in the sunlight.
Allow the jaw to start to loosen.
Your belly becomes more and more relaxed with each breath.
Your legs and feet that ground us in every moment.
They're strong,
Get still.
And relax.
Notice if there's any parts of your body that feel tense at all.
And if so,
Breathe in an imaginary sunlight to start to invite that melting.
Of tension within.
Using your breath.
Using your feelings of someone.
Tension melting,
Melting,
Melting.
We're going to start a little visualization.
Visualize it in Remedy.
Quiet summer minute at desk.
The air is warm and soft.
And the grass is still,
But maybe you see a little bit of movement as a little gentle breeze goes by occasionally.
And the sky is shifting from that gold color to a more blue and darker color as we go through this visualization.
You might even experience the feeling of stillness in the presence of this matter of dust.
There's that time of day during the dusk time,
Especially during summer.
Where everything just feels peaceful,
Like it's standing still.
Imagine you're in that space.
Feel fully present in the moment.
And continue with that breath,
That ground of straw,
Still feeling we've been incorporating.
Noticing the spaceship and how quiet it is,
How beautiful.
And this dusk time starts to get darker.
So see it go from that gold to that darker and darker,
Like I mentioned previously.
Because nah.
You're able to see the firefly,
The first one of the evening.
See that first little spark of light.
A single firefly appears.
Pulses of natural,
Beautiful light within your being.
Envision.
Fireflies glowing,
Yore!
Inner glow is awakening as well.
It's like you're a mirror.
Yeah,
Five.
Each pulse the firefly makes,
It mirrors.
A soft glow within you.
It might be a glow you maybe are just becoming aware of that you hold inside you.
And now you should see multiple fives.
More fireflies have came.
Scattered points of warm golden light.
The glow of in your guidance.
You might even have these lights that the fireflies are demonstrating to you be a representation of maybe your intuition or clarity you're looking for,
Or joy you're trying to return to your life.
Maybe it's a childlike joy and going with it.
Can each little glow of the fireflies awaken something within you?
So even in the stillness of the night,
We feel alive and awake,
Glowing.
The inner light is rising.
Tune into that inner light.
As you watch the fireflies,
Feel,
Feel,
Feel your inner light.
Integrate it.
Embody it.
Allow it to awaken your heart center.
And also know me.
And in the stillness of this evening in the meadow with the fireflies you're envisioning.
Stillness is strength just like that rock that we incorporated at the beginning of this meditation.
The body is calm,
Strong,
And rounded.
Yet it has an inner glow.
A spaciousness,
A warmth,
A steadiness,
An energy.
Carries light.
See.
Feel.
Experience.
Know that you have this feeling within you that's loved.
The steady,
Rounded feeling.
Along with that firefly energy.
It's always a moment away.
When you lose or if you lose.
You could tap into it.
Inner lightness you can bring about to your daily life.
The more you practice this meditation,
You might even find yourself.
Easily bringing this light to others so they too can experience their own firefly glow.
This is a glow that remains within us always,
Somewhere and beyond.
Sometimes it's just a little easier to tap into these.
Take another couple moments to tune in to this inner light.
You might even receive a message from the fireflies or from your inner self.
That helps you know what the skin or light in your life is.
Is striving for.
You might get cold.
It might be a way of life.
It might just be a message of encouragement and positivity to support you.
Take a moment to say thank you.
Two seconds.
Just for being you.
Or having that glow.
To share with yourself and the world.
And say thank you to the fireflies for their messages of light.
Say thank you to the men,
Especially that inner man.
And say thank you to the sky,
The beautiful,
Sour white sky.
Breathing naturally,
But noticing your breath and being present with it.
I'm going to start to invite you to come back from your meditation.
Returning with softness.
Returning with Ground Living Stream.
Returning in a relaxed manner.
Perhaps some slow movement to the body.
Maybe a full body stretch or a few cleansing breaths.
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
And if you start to move slightly.
Do so in a very.
.
.
Gentleman with yourself.
And then very slowly,
Opening your eyes,
Fill me as you feel ready.
It ain't welcome in there.
For a new Summer Stillness.
And the Firefly Glow Meditation.
Thank you for joining me.
