Welcome to your next level self meditation.
Taking a few moments to find a comfortable position.
You may like to gently close your eyes.
And then seeing if you can make yourself 10% more comfortable.
Just shifting,
Loosening any tight clothing,
Removing hair ties or anything constricting on your body.
And start to bring your attention to the sensation of the support beneath you.
Where the chair or the bed where you are meets your body.
And noticing the parts of the body that are in contact with your clothing and where you can feel that on your skin.
And starting to notice gravity and the feeling of weightedness as the support beneath you meets your body and holds it.
And bringing your attention now to the sounds around you.
Tuning in to what you may be able to hear far away in the distance.
Can you hear the rain,
The wind?
Are there birds or cars?
Just noticing.
And any other noises closer to you.
Becoming aware of the sensation of your breath.
As you notice yourself breathing.
Not trying to change anything.
Just becoming aware of the effortless act of being breathed.
Allowing yourself to relax even further.
Relaxing in the knowledge that you don't have to do anything.
Your body is automatically taking care of everything.
Now imagine yourself walking along a beautiful pathway.
Surrounded by flowers and flowers and flowers.
Flowers,
Trees and other wonderful plants.
The sun is shining and you can feel its warmth on your skin as you go along the path.
You get the sensation that the plants and the flowers have been waiting for you.
The little animals hiding amongst them are so happy that you've arrived.
They've been expecting you.
And as you continue along the path,
You start to feel really safe and comfortable.
It's so relaxing.
It's so relaxing.
As you relax deeper and deeper.
In the distance you start to notice a figure coming towards you.
And that figure is radiating feelings of happiness.
The presence of it makes you feel incredibly warm and safe and welcomed.
And as they approach you,
You start to see that it is you in the future.
In the future.
It's you some time from now where everything has worked out perfectly.
And as you stop to face each other,
You take in this version of you.
And you are overwhelmed by positive emotions.
You take her hands in yours and look into her smiling eyes.
You see the spark of aliveness and success.
You see the confidence and the kindness within her.
You feel like embracing her.
You feel like embracing her.
And as you do so,
You're filled with such warmth.
And you hug until you find you have merged with her completely.
You have become her.
And as you do so,
You feel a wash of joy in your heart.
Excitement for life.
So much gratitude for all you have become.
Love for life.
And a deep serenity knowing that everything has worked out for you.
That everything is always working out in your favor.
And that the universe loves you so much.
Take a moment to really enjoy all of those incredible feelings.
And as you stand as your next level self,
You start to become aware of the life of this version of you.
And you have access to lots of different information.
Take a moment to absorb all of the information available to you now.
You become aware of your health and what makes it so.
You become aware of your health and what makes it so.
What type of friends you have.
And what the relationships are like.
You know what your family relationships are like and how they are contributing to these emotions that you're feeling.
You know what type of work you have.
You know what type of work you're enjoying every day.
And you love thinking about that.
You understand what your spiritual life or practice looks like.
As this next level version of you.
And you see what your finances are like.
You understand what goals you're working towards from this place.
And you're aware of what you've already achieved.
You can see how you participate and feel part of a community.
And you know what you've overcome to get here.
Take a deep breath and stay focused on how you feel in this body.
Look down at yourself.
What are you wearing?
What does your hair look and feel like?
What do your clothes feel like?
What colours are you wearing?
What shoes are you wearing?
Go ahead and take a few steps.
Maybe you feel like dancing.
Moving.
How does it feel to move in this body?
Feels good right?
What can you taste?
What have you eaten?
You reconnect again.
With what beliefs you've had to let go of.
To get here.
What behaviours you've had to let go of to get here.
What behaviours you've had to let go of to get here.
It all becomes apparent to you now.
You know this feeling of ease and lightness embodied by this next level you is a result of letting go of everything you needed to let go of.
You know that by embracing your goals you can move forward.
You were rewarded in courage again and again.
You were rewarded in feeling again and again.
And it feels amazing.
Take a deep breath in and know that this version of you is available to you now.
The more you return to this exercise the more this will be available to you now.
Collapsing that time this is here for you now.
