Starting with relaxation and then some affirmations to set the intention, then a visualisation to assist you in creating your ideal space which best serves who you are and who you are becoming. Your best possible self. Grounded in Positive Psychology and inspired by spirituality.

Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you visualize your ideal living or working space in order to upgrade it to a space which best serves you now and who you are becoming.

It's useful to listen to prior to beginning a redesign,

Clearing or de-cuttering of your space and you can return to it as often as you'd like.

So let's start by making yourself as comfortable as possible,

Sitting or laying down.

And I invite you to close your eyes and bring your attention to the sensation of the comfort beneath you,

Noticing the softness and the firmness of the bed or the chair that is supporting you now.

And take a moment to notice any sounds around you.

They may be in the distance or closer by.

And bring your attention to your breath and take three long deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose,

Holding for a couple of seconds before breathing out fully through your mouth.

And as you exhale,

You may wish to make an audible sigh and imagine you are releasing any unwanted stress or tension in your body.

You are cleaning and cleansing,

Purging and aligning.

You are making room in your body for more of what serves you and releasing that which no longer serves you.

And as you allow your breathing to return to normal,

Repeat this affirmation on the in-breath,

I make space for only that which serves my highest self and on the out-breath,

I release that which no longer serves me.

I'll guide you through these affirmations as you breathe,

Breathing in,

I make space for only that which serves my highest self.

Breathing out,

I release that which no longer serves me.

Breathing in,

I make space for only that which serves my highest self.

Breathing out,

I release that which no longer serves me.

Breathing in,

I make space for only that which serves my highest self.

And breathing out,

I release that which no longer serves me.

Take a moment to sense the top of your head and imagine a point just above your head.

Imagine a pure cleansing white light shining down from this point just above the crown of your head.

And imagine it coming down,

Down your body,

Down through your face first,

Down through your neck,

Cleansing and purifying.

Down your body to your shoulders,

To your upper back.

Feel the light spreading down your arms,

Into your hands and fingers and sense it travelling down through your belly,

Through your pelvis,

Down into your legs,

Your knees,

Your ankles and your feet.

And this light is a download of your highest self,

In your best possible self and the self you wish to use to cleanse your space.

See yourself with this light radiating from the top of your head,

Out through your fingertips and out through the bottom of your feet.

You are now going to enter your home or space and begin to imagine it at its best.

Take some slow steps towards the front door of your space and imagine your best self opening the door.

What do you see on arrival?

What colours are there?

What is not there?

More importantly,

What remains?

Slowly walk through the different rooms and notice what they look like in their best possible state.

Notice how you feel as you experience your rooms in this way.

How does this space represent your best self?

How does it allow you to be your best self?

As you see it as its best,

How does it support your growth and your dreams and future goals?

I'll leave you in silence now to take a few moments to integrate this information,

See what you see and feel in your upgraded space.

There is a tension in your head which is gravity,

Gravity,

Gravity,

Gravity,

Gravity,

Gravity.

There is a knot in your robot brain.

Take a final look around and start to make your way back to the front door.

As you exit and walk away,

Look back at your space as you see it from the outside.

If it is part of a bigger building,

Say a block of flats,

Simply focus on your windows and your exterior section.

Then imagine your space glowing with pure white light shining through the windows.

See the outer walls are made of gold,

They are shining with a pure clean blissful energy.

Now you are ready to return to your body and begin your work.

Gently bringing your attention back to your breath,

Now sensing the rising and falling of your chest or belly.

And gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And when you are ready,

Opening your eyes.

Enjoy your new space.
