Welcome to this meditation,

Strengthening Confidence in Decision Making.

I invite you now to take a moment to find a position that feels comfortable for you.

You may be sitting tall in a chair or resting gently on a cushion.

Allow your body to settle.

And when you feel ready,

Softly close your eyes.

This meditation is here to support you as a leader.

It is designed to help you feel stronger,

Steadier and more confident in your ability to make decisions.

You may like to listen to it every day for a while to let this confidence deepen over time.

As you begin,

Know that if you notice any sounds around you,

You can simply let them be.

There is no need to change them or push them away.

And if there aren't any sounds,

That is perfectly fine too.

Your attention can simply return to your own presence right here.

Let's take a long,

Deep breath in together.

And a slow,

Steady breath out.

Again,

Breathing in deeply.

And exhaling gently.

Letting your body begin to soften and arrive.

Now,

I invite you to bring your awareness to the places where your body touches the chair or the floor.

Feel the ground beneath you supporting your weight.

Allow yourself to rest into that support.

You do not have to hold everything on your own.

Notice your shoulders.

And allow them to drop just a little.

Notice your jaw.

Let it soften and release.

Notice your hands.

Let them rest without effort.

If your mind is still busy,

That's okay.

It often takes time to slow down.

Each breath can be a gentle reminder.

Breathing in here.

Breathing out now.

Now,

I invite you to imagine roots growing from your feet or from the base of your spine.

Deep into the ground beneath you.

Strong,

Steady,

Grounding roots.

Feel yourself supported.

Safe to pause.

Now,

I invite you to bring your attention to the center of your chest.

Imagine a warm,

Steady light glowing there.

This light represents your confidence.

Your clarity.

Your leadership presence.

With each inhale,

Feel this light growing brighter,

Steadier,

Stronger.

With each exhale,

Allow it to spread through your body.

Filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your whole being with calm strength.

As you sit with this light,

I invite you to repeat the following silently to yourself.

I am grounded and clear.

I trust myself as a leader.

I make decisions with strength and confidence.

Allow these words to sink in.

Allow them to become part of you.

If doubt arises,

Simply notice it.

Then return your attention to the steady light at your center.

This light is always here.

Your inner compass.

Now,

I invite you to picture yourself in your role as a leader.

See yourself calm,

Grounded,

Clear.

Notice how you listen carefully.

How you consider thoughtfully.

And then how you choose with confidence.

Each time you make a decision,

You strengthen your ability.

Each time you trust yourself,

Your confidence grows.

Breathe into that sense of trust.

Breathe into that sense of strength.

I now invite you to repeat the following silently to yourself.

I trust my judgment.

I have the wisdom I need.

I am confident in my decisions.

Notice how it feels in your body to believe these words.

Perhaps a little taller in your spine.

A little steadier in your breath.

A little stronger in your presence.

Now,

I invite you to begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling slowly.

Notice once again the ground beneath you,

Supporting you.

Notice how your body feels in this moment.

Steady,

Calm.

And centered.

Take a deep,

Energizing breath in.

And a slow,

Complete breath out.

When you feel ready,

Gently move your fingers and your toes.

Roll your shoulders.

And allow your eyes to open.

Carry this calm confidence with you into your day.

And remember,

You can return here anytime to reconnect with the strength and clarity that already live within you.
