Welcome.

When you're ready,

Allow your body to settle into as comfortable a position as you can find right now.

There's no need to adjust beyond what feels okay.

Simply let your body rest in the way it chooses,

Knowing this is enough.

I now invite you to bring your awareness to your breath without trying to change it.

Notice the inhale and the exhale and now begin to gently deepen your breath.

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling softly through your mouth.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing what you no longer need,

Want or desire.

With each inhale,

Inviting calm,

Ease and nourishment.

As you soften into this rhythm,

You may notice sounds around you,

Perhaps voices,

Birds or the hum of life.

Allow them to be here without needing your attention.

They are simply parts of life continuing while you turn inward to this space of renewal and in the quiet between the sounds and between the words,

There is a deeper stillness,

The space where healing begins.

Now as you breathe and rest in this stillness,

Imagine yourself surrounded by a gentle field of energy.

It's spacious,

Vibrant and infinite.

Within this field,

All versions of you exist.

The one who feels calm,

The one who feels strong,

The one who is vibrantly healthy and whole.

With every breath,

You are gently aligning with the version of you that is healthy and whole and from that wholeness,

You feel radiant,

Energized and free.

As you step more fully into this version of yourself,

Notice how it feels within you,

The steadiness in your bones,

The strength in your muscles,

The ease in your breath,

The vitality flowing through your heart.

As you rest in this feeling of health and strength,

Notice how everything else around you also begins to align.

The right medical and health practitioners are drawn to meet you here,

Resonating with your well-being,

Ready to walk beside you on your path.

A soft golden light begins to flow above your head,

Cascading slowly into your body.

With each inhale,

This light weaves through you like liquid sunlight,

Cell by cell,

Tissue by tissue.

It carries a perfect memory of wholeness,

Reminding every cell how to return to harmony.

Flowing through your head and neck,

Down your shoulders and arms,

Through your chest and back and belly,

Into your hips,

Legs and feet.

Everywhere it touches,

There is soothing.

Everywhere it flows,

There is comfort.

Every cell remembering how to shine in its natural brilliance.

If you notice discomfort,

You don't need to resist it.

Imagine it as a messenger,

Your body's way of showing you where healing is already at work.

Acknowledge it,

Thank it and allow it to soften into the golden light.

And as your body finds balance,

The world around you also rearranges,

Guiding the right help,

The right wisdom and the right support to meet you.

Notice how you feel as this golden light fills you.

You may see yourself moving more freely,

Walking with ease,

Stretching or simply standing tall and breathing deeply.

Let yourself feel what it is to live in this body that is healthy and whole,

Radiant,

Energised and free.

Relief,

Gratitude,

Joy.

Allow these feelings to spread through you now,

Becoming part of who you are.

As you rest here,

You may like to gently press your thumb and finger together.

This simple gesture becomes a reminder,

A way to return to this state of wellness whenever you choose.

Each time you bring your thumb and finger together,

You reconnect to the peace and wholeness you are experiencing right now.

And from this place of clarity and strength,

You continue to attract the support you need.

The medical and health practitioners who are aligned with your highest well-being.

I invite you to take one more slow,

Nourishing breath in and a long,

Gentle breath out.

Begin to notice the surface beneath you,

The air around you,

The space you are in.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Move your body in a way that feels good for you.

Ready,

Allow your eyes to open.

Carry this memory of wellness with you.

Your body remembers,

Your fingers,

Your cells remember.
