Freeing or kind.
Repeat this belief gently in your mind.
Let it land,
Let it take up space.

Imagine you are living as the version of you who fully believes this is true.
Visualize yourself waking up in the morning.
Notice how you move,
How you speak to yourself,
How you hold your body,
What are you wearing,
What expression is on your face.
What does confidence feel like in your body?
See yourself going about your day.
Notice how you treat your body with care,
Joy,
Love and presence.
See the way you walk into a room,
The way you meet your reflection,
The way you nourish yourself.
You are aligned with this belief.
