Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this meditation,
Coming home to self-love.
This is your time,
A sacred space to return to yourself,
To remember your worth,
To reconnect with the love that already lives within you.
So take a moment to settle in.
Let your body find comfort,
Whether that's seated or lying down.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Your hands to rest and your eyes to gently close.
Now I invite you to take a deep,
Slow breath in through your nose.
Hold for a moment and exhale softly through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
With every inhale,
Invite more softness in.
With every exhale,
Release what you no longer need.
Allow your breath to settle into its own gentle rhythm now,
Like waves lapping at the shore.
Now place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Feel the warmth of your own touch.
Feel the rise and fall beneath your hands.
Feel the life within you.
With your awareness gently resting on your heart,
Begin to imagine a soft light glowing within it.
A quiet,
Pulsing light.
Warm,
Safe and familiar.
This is the light of self-love.
It's always been there,
Even when the world made you doubt it.
Even when you forgot.
Even when you turned away from yourself.
This light has never left you and now we turn toward it.
Let it grow a little brighter with each breath.
Inhale and the light expands.
Exhale and it softens through your chest.
Now repeat silently or softly after me.
I am enough.
I am worthy of my own love.
I choose to be kind to myself.
I forgive myself for the moments I forgot my worth.
I am coming home to me.
Let those words land in you.
No need to force them.
Just let them settle.
Now imagine that soft light of self-love beginning to spread.
Down your arms,
Into your hands.
Up through your throat,
Your face,
Your scalp.
Down through your spine,
Through your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs.
All the way to the soles of your feet.
Your entire body held in this gentle,
Radiant glow.
You are safe in your own presence.
You are enough just as you are.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Not in judgment.
Not to fix anything.
But simply to see yourself.
To witness the being you've journeyed with through every season.
See the strength in your eyes.
The kindness in your smile.
The wisdom in your skin.
And now I invite you to say,
Either out loud or in your heart,
I see you.
I honour you.
I love you.
Pause here and allow that moment to deepen.
Even if it feels tender or unfamiliar.
Especially then.
Let it be okay.
Let it be enough.
If emotions arise,
Let them move gently through.
Tears,
Warmth,
Stillness.
It's all welcome.
It's all love.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your body.
Feel your heart still glowing.
Feel your whole self resting in kindness.
As we prepare to close,
Let's anchor in a final intention.
I invite you to repeat the following in your mind or out loud.
I am learning to love myself more deeply each day.
And that is more than enough.
Now slowly begin to bring your attention back to the space around you.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Wiggling your fingers or toes.
Maybe stretching if it feels good.
Take one last deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing anything you no longer need.
When you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You've just come home to yourself.
Carry this love with you.
You deserve it.
