Welcome to this meditation.
Radiate love and peace.
Paying attention to the sounds.
Closing the eyes.
Relaxing the body.
Taking one nice deep breath in through the nose and a nice loud breath out.
Finding a nice calm relaxing breath.
Begin to notice the face and if the muscles are relaxed.
Relaxing the eyes.
Relaxing the mouth.
Relaxing the jaw.
Feeling a peacefulness come upon with every breath that we take in and out.
And feeling the freshness of the air coming into the lungs.
Breathing in and out peacefully.
And with this intentional peaceful breathing.
Bringing our attention to our shoulders and to our neck.
And as we out just relaxing.
Peace.
Seeing if we can relax.
Relaxing the arms.
Relaxing the hands.
Bringing peace to our bodies.
Bringing peace to the mind.
Moving our attention down to our bellies.
Breathing nice and deeply into the belly.
Bringing a nice relaxed feeling.
Opening.
And just see if you can slow down your breath a little bit more.
Starting to move our attention a little bit higher.
Up to our heart.
Can you feel your heartbeat?
Can you feel the gentle thud of your heart anywhere in your body?
As we sit in a little bit more quiet.
Just feeling that thud of the heart.
Feeling the life run through the body.
And connecting to our own vital energy which flows through our veins and arteries.
This life force which we hold.
And seeing if we can expand our attention to feel more than just one area.
To expand the energy to try and find more attention.
Almost trying to feel the body's blood and heart and veins and arteries as one big organ.
And as we feel our heartbeat.
Feeling the life and the love inside of our body.
This is a healing energy.
Allow it to nurture the body.
And heal any places which you feel shameful of.
You feel sad.
Maybe you feel you've closed off a part of yourself.
In this moment just allowing the feeling to forgive everything and let go.
Taking a nice deep breath and releasing.
Bring your attention to any specific area which you feel has a heavier energy.
And with your full attention giving love and blessings.
And feeling the power of the blood and the heart in its healing energy.
Bring the attention back to the heart.
Feeling the beat.
Feeling the thud of the heartbeat.
And feeling it grow stronger and stronger.
Taking up more space inside the body.
Breathing in nice and deeply.
Expanding our conscious awareness.
Until we can feel all of the energy built up inside our body.
Of love and peace.
And healing energy.
All the way to the top of your head.
To the bottom of your toes.
And just expanding that energy out past the body.
Past the skin.
Opening up further and further.
Maybe you can see a color or a feeling or anything which allows you to grow this area of love,
Peace and healing energy.
Visualizing where you are.
Your house.
The room you're sitting in.
And building it up to be able to allow other people to be in your field.
Who's close to you which you can share this beautiful healing peaceful energy with.
And keep expanding further and further.
Until you can maybe see the town or a country.
Also the possibility to concentrate on a specific place or area.
Sending this loving frequency.
And maybe healing those who are wounded.
Sending love to the people who need it the most.
To continue to breathe nice and deeply.
Keeping the face soft and peaceful.
Keeping the breath steady,
Deep and low.
And maybe taking on the extra challenge to send love to maybe a person or figure who may be showing more darkness.
Sending your healing energy through the airwaves.
And begin to bring your energy back to yourself.
Feeling the blood flow in your body.
Feeling grounded in yourself.
Almost observing your body,
Your face,
You being.
From outside your body.
Seeing how beautiful your face looks.
So peaceful.
How nice your posture is with your shoulders.
Nice and relaxed.
And your breathing so calm.
Taking this moment just to give yourself some love.
For what a beautiful person you are.
And as we breathe nice and deeply in.
Just breathing in this appreciation.
And holding this confidence into the world.
To the people we meet.
To our day to day life.
To share this gift of love.
Of peacefulness.
Of presence.
And of understanding.
And in your own time,
You can finish the meditation and come back into the room.
