Welcome to my Insight Timer channel.

My name is Deborah Peralt and I'm happy to be here with you today.

We'll be working on self-trust and confidence building.

Make yourself comfortable and let's begin.

Take a nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath and just begin to allow your body to relax here during this quiet time.

There's no right way or wrong way to relax.

You can just rest,

Whether you focus along with these messages or just let the sound of my voice wash over you.

However you experience this time is completely fine.

This quiet time is completely yours,

Offered to you like a gift to yourself.

As you take another deep breath,

The messages you hear during this peaceful meditation will help to support and strengthen a wonderful confidence and self-trust within you,

A confidence you've experienced many times throughout your life,

Confidence that comes naturally to you,

That you're ready to feel fully and completely,

Always in alignment with your personal and professional goals,

A confidence and knowledge you're very familiar with.

Trust that knowledge is there and you experience a deep understanding and satisfaction from the knowledge you're sharing with those around you.

All that information just flows so freely,

So effortlessly,

And the benefits are positive for all.

You're here for a positive purpose,

A spiritual purpose,

And all of the passion that you bring,

All the knowledge you've acquired,

Skills you've developed,

They're all there for you.

Ready to be experienced and expressed.

Breathe that in.

You're supported on this journey and you have everything within you to succeed.

That's correct.

You have everything within you to succeed.

While you rest,

Every breath during this quiet time is like a breath of well-being,

Drawing in a soothing,

Relaxing energy to every cell and system,

Through every layer and level of your being,

Mind,

Body,

And spirit.

With every cleansing,

Comfortable breath,

You gather up any tension or stress to be released with your out-breath,

Out and away,

Out and away.

You may notice other sounds around you while you hear the sound of these words,

And that awareness of other sounds is fine.

If there's a sound that requires your attention,

You'll notice it and respond,

But all the other sounds are not important right now.

Just reminding you that you're removed from it all here.

This is your time to rest and align,

Breathing deeply and relaxing completely.

Your intelligent mind may have other thoughts while you rest.

It's fine to observe those thoughts.

The conscious mind is always in motion.

You may even notice having many thoughts at once.

You can become like a peaceful observer of those thoughts,

Because as we know,

You are much more than any of them.

The deepest,

Truest part of your being exists beyond the curtain of the conscious mind,

Housed in your beautiful soul,

And so as you rest,

You can just lie back and take another deep breath whenever you're ready.

Watch the movement of the thoughts with the same relaxed attachment that you might like back on a beach on a beautiful day,

Looking up at a sky and watching as a white puffy cloud drifts by,

Just drifting and floating across the sky,

Carried by the breeze.

All clouds are in motion.

Some are large,

Some are small,

Some are wispy and light,

Almost like clouds that just drift and flow across the perfect blue sky of your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is always listening and effortlessly hears and stores these words and learnings perfectly for your own highest benefit.

You could even choose to just let those thoughts go as you connect to your breath,

Breathing in all that is peace and comfort and releasing all that is not.

The body already knows how to relax and so you can just allow your body to relax.

Now you imagine a soothing light entering the top of your head and flowing down the length of your body.

The beautiful,

Bright light of energy,

Like the energy of all that is purity,

All that is great and goodness.

Let that light flow all the way down through the body,

Illuminating every system of your body and begin to relax the muscles,

One muscle group at a time.

Relax your jaw.

Let your jaw be loose and comfortable.

Relax the temples.

Relax your nose.

Relax your forehead and brow and breathe that relaxation down through the neck and shoulder.

Relaxing the neck and shoulder,

Knowing your head is supported so your neck can relax.

You're supported here.

You are definitely supported here.

Let that soothing energy flow down through the arms,

All the way down,

Down through the wrists and hands and down to the tips of your fingers.

Breathe that light into your chest,

Into your heart center,

The space between your ribs,

Your solar plexus area.

Imagine this radiant light flowing through all of the energy centers in your body,

Right down through the muscles of your stomach,

As you relax your stomach.

Then imagine that soothing light flowing down the spine,

Down vertebrae by vertebrae,

Radiating soothing,

Relaxing energy through all the muscles of your back.

Relax the shoulder blades.

Relax the middle back,

The lower back,

Relax the hips,

Knowing that your body does so much for you throughout the day.

You can breathe an energy of gratitude through your body for all that it does for you.

And as a kindness to your body,

Allowing it to rest a while here,

As that soothing energy flows down through the legs.

Relax your legs,

The calves,

Relax the shins,

Relax the ankles and feet,

And enjoy this nice soothing energy flowing all the way down through the tips of your toes,

Remembering you were supported here on this peaceful journey,

A journey of confidence,

Self-trust,

Change and fulfillment.

Breathe all those things in and exhale at your own time.

Now that you're deeply relaxed,

You'll hear me counting down from one to five,

As the numbers are counted backwards.

You might imagine yourself taking a peaceful walk down a path to a beautiful beach.

The weather's just the way you'd like it to be.

It's a sunny day,

Nice and warm.

You might imagine breathing in the fresh ocean breeze,

The salty scent in the air.

The temperature is absolutely perfect.

Above you,

A sky that's so blue,

You could almost feel it.

And as you're walking down the path to the beach,

Relaxing deeper with every step,

The soothing sound of the surf in the distance,

Feeling connected to the beauty of nature,

You align now with the wisdom and majesty of nature,

Its strength and resilience,

All the beautiful colors of nature,

Bright and vivid,

Enjoying the way the sunlight sparkles on the surface of the water,

The soft,

Wide sand below.

And you begin that peaceful journey now.

Five down,

Four down,

Breathing in that fresh ocean air,

Three down,

Relaxing deeper and deeper,

Down to two,

Down to one.

Imagine being there on the beach on this gorgeous day,

Feeling a sense of total peace within you,

An energy of well-being that radiates all around you.

Here,

You're beautifully aligned for your soul's purpose,

With the strength from within and a strength from above guiding you forward.

Imagine walking along the beach,

Just a short way ahead,

There's a figure,

And it's your future self,

Having already created these wonderful shifts,

Already feeling confident in your personal and professional goals and abilities,

Experiencing such a deep satisfaction in connecting with those you interact with and sharing your knowledge,

Passing down the wisdom for the benefit of all beings.

Imagine that future self smiling,

Radiating that confidence,

That feeling of security from within,

That ease,

Deeply in tune and connected with all of the understanding and knowledge you've acquired.

Feeling an enthusiasm for making all your dreams come true,

Take it all in.

And after you take a deep inhale and exhale,

Imagine yourself walking up to that future self,

And your future self greeting you,

All that you are today,

With arms outstretched,

Ready to embrace you,

Ready to welcome you.

Your future self is surrounded by a bright,

Beautiful light.

And as you approach,

You feel the energy of that light surrounding you as well,

With that loving embrace.

And you happily lean into it.

Now imagine your future self sharing with you that confidence and self-trust,

All of that confidence and security,

An internal knowing that's always been there for you.

Transferring to who you are today,

And with that loving embrace,

Your future self offers you words of support and encouragement,

Telling you,

You can do this.

You can do this.

You've got what it takes.

And you take that in,

Absorb it,

Sit with it for a moment.

And it's so deeply gratifying.

You are aligning for your highest purpose,

Bringing your gifts to the world,

Remembering that you are a gift to this world.

Imagine being surrounded now by that beautiful light,

Standing next to your future self.

And as if by magic,

That light brings you even closer together,

So you're now merging together and becoming one.

You're becoming one.

And now you're standing in that body,

Looking out at the world through those eyes,

Strong and clear,

Confident,

Trusting yourself and the decisions you've made,

Knowing you are in the right path and nothing can deviate you from your goals and aspirations,

Feeling secure and totally aligned with the flow,

The real you,

The true you,

The you that you came here to be.

And imagine now moving through your world with this positive energy,

With a deep and profound sense of trust in yourself,

Your wisdom,

And the knowledge you're here to use for a good purpose.

A profound sense of trust in your spiritual guides.

They're always there for you,

Every step of the way,

With every personal and professional goal,

Being attended to and fully supported.

You feel the powerful,

Positive presence of that support.

Imagine your guides there,

All there to support you on this meaningful journey,

Knowing that your subconscious mind activates and manifests these messages for your highest benefit,

Which is positive for all,

Knowing that your success is positive for all.

You begin to feel yourself moving through your days,

Aligned with that flow,

With a deep sense of self-trust and confidence.

Self-trust and confidence in all you've accomplished,

Imagine rising in the morning,

From the moment your feet touch the floor,

All these suggestions are activated and refreshed,

So you bring the state of flow,

Self-trust and confidence throughout your day,

Feeling beautifully connected to your goals.

There's a confidence within you that's a natural part of who you are,

That shows up in many areas of your life,

And you begin to experience that confidence fully and completely in reaching your goals.

Now see yourself in your mind's eye,

Accomplishing everything you've ever dreamed of,

Taking advantage of the knowledge stored perfectly in your subconscious,

As it becomes easier than ever now to just relax and remember to allow that information to flow.

You find yourself feeling naturally comfortable with an effortless ease to reach your goals.

You know that you have this knowledge within you.

You've learned so much along the way.

You find yourself easily able to adapt for the benefit of what you want and everything you want to accomplish.

Breathe deeply and open the channel to facilitate that connection with your guides,

As they are there for you every step of the way.

You are reminded that you're a person that once you start doing something,

You just naturally relax into it,

And then the old tension just dissolves away,

Just releases off and away.

Allow yourself to be surprised by how easy accomplishing those goals become to you.

Now you're all about that flow,

And that flow is there for you.

Information flows from your mind all the way down through your heart center,

Through all of the energy centers,

And it's delivered effortlessly.

It's like time opens up,

And you just know what to do.

Now experience an incredible sense of security,

Of knowing,

Of ease,

Allowing it all to happen.

All that knowledge is there.

Begin to find it so much more comfortable now to rest in that knowledge,

And to rest in the support of your guides.

You're already on your way there,

And you're doing very well.

Breathe that in.

Imagine all of these words and learnings infused in a bright,

Radiant light that you can draw into your body with your breath,

Infusing every layer of your being,

Mind,

Body,

And spirit with the positive benefits of these messages.

In a moment,

This quiet time prepares your body to sleep soundly through the night until the perfect time in the morning.

After the count of one to five,

Returning to your day,

And clear,

Bringing all these benefits with you.
