I'm Deborah.

Thank you for joining me today.

I'm grateful to be able to guide you in this powerful meditation to help you feel more confident about public speaking.

Find your courage and strength to conquer your fears and remember you have all that it takes to be in control.

I hope you enjoy this motivating journey and please take the time to rate and review this track.

Here we go.

Find a quiet comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without distractions or disturbances.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep slow long breath in and exhale at your own time.

Take another deep breath in and feel your body begin to relax as you exhale.

Let your face relax,

Your jaw soften,

Let your shoulders drop,

Relax your neck and let your arms rest comfortably beside you.

Let go of any tension in your body.

Scan your full body and if you find tension in any place,

Release it with your next exhale.

Relaxing your hips,

Legs and feet.

You're calm,

Centered and ready for positive change.

Take another breath in and exhale at your own time.

Now imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase with ten steps.

The staircase is lit up and wide,

Welcoming and you feel at peace.

Each step you take brings you deeper and deeper into relaxation and closer to a place of confidence and calm.

As I count from ten to one,

Picture yourself stepping down each step.

Ten,

Stepping down,

Feeling relaxed and calm.

Nine,

Deeper into comfort.

Eight,

With each step,

Letting go of any worries.

Seven,

Sinking further into relaxation.

Six,

Halfway there,

Calm and at peace.

Five,

Your mind is clear and open.

Four,

Stepping deeper and deeper into self-assurance.

Three,

Almost there,

Feeling completely calm.

Two,

Deeply and focused.

One,

Reaching the bottom,

Arriving at a place of peace and confidence.

You're now in a state where positive thoughts and affirmations can take root deeply within you.

Imagine yourself standing in a room where you'll be giving a presentation or a speech.

The room feels welcoming and the audience is supportive and friendly.

Imagine yourself walking to the front of this room.

You're calm with a confident look.

Feel the calmness and self-esteem radiating from your body as you take your position.

Your breathing is steady and rhythmical.

Your voice is confident and strong.

You speak effortlessly and clearly.

You present your message with confidence and knowledge.

Your audience is engaged,

Nodding and listening intently.

You feel their positive energy and it boosts your confidence even more.

You've just received a confidence boost and it feels amazing.

Take a deep breath in and exhale at your own time.

Repeat the sentence after me.

I have a strong voice and the message that others will accept.

Now think about the anxiety and nervousness you feel before speaking.

They are uncomfortable energy inside your body and you can transform them into the positive.

Positive energy that supports your focus and your confidence.

This energy will drive you forward rather than hold you back.

Your focus and confidence will give you the passion and enthusiasm to deliver your message.

Repeat this affirmation silently or aloud.

I channel my energy into clarity,

Confidence and connection with my audience.

Take another deep breath in and exhale at your own time.

The pause of the breath will help you integrate these positive messages you are receiving.

Now think of an upcoming situation in which you will be speaking publicly.

Think about preparing for that public speaking and being organized,

Confident and relaxed.

You remember you have the knowledge you need to be in control and perform just as you are.

Now envision yourself walking slowly to the podium,

Ready and confident to start speaking and sharing your message.

As you talk,

You are smooth and clear.

Your speech captivates the audience and your presence is empowered,

Secure and stable.

You did it.

You've conquered those fears.

As you finish speaking,

Feel a sense of accomplishment and pride and see the audience responding positively.

This is a moment of success and it becomes a part of you.

That's right.

It becomes a part of you.

As you hear the following affirmation,

Repeat silently or aloud.

I am a confident and effective speaker.

I connect with my audience and communicate my message with ease.

Take another deep breath in to integrate and exhale at your own time.
