Welcome to your weight loss program.

Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.

To begin,

Take a nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath and just begin to allow your body to relax here during this quiet time.

There is no right way or wrong way to relax.

You can just rest,

Whether you focus along with these messages or just let the sound of my voice wash over you.

However you experience this time is fine.

This quiet time is just for you.

The messages you hear during this peaceful meditation will help support and strengthen your ability and confidence to follow through with your weight loss goals,

Knowing that you already have what it takes within you,

A sense of confidence and motivation you've experienced many times throughout your life,

Confidence and motivation that come naturally to you,

That you already feel fully and completely.

You are in alignment with your health and weight loss goals and remember self-control around meals as you move along your days,

Trusting that knowledge is there and reflected onto all health and food choices you make moving forward.

You remember how it feels to be lighter and more comfortable in your body.

Confidence in your ability to follow through flows freely,

So effortlessly,

And you can already start to benefit from these health changes.

You're here for a positive purpose as you remember what it's like to be mindful of when,

Why and how much you really need to eat to feel and be healthy.

All you need is already inside of you,

That's right,

Breathe that in.

You're supported on this journey and you have everything within you to succeed.

You have everything within you to succeed.

While you rest,

Every breath during this quiet time is like a breath of well-being,

Drawing in a soothing,

Relaxing energy to every cell and system.

Through every layer and level of your mind,

Body and spirit.

With every cleansing breath,

You gather up any lingering desires to eat unhealthy foods to be released with your out-breath,

Deeper and deeper.

Inhale and exhale at your own time.

You may notice other sounds around you while you hear the sound of these words,

And that awareness of other sounds is fine.

If there's a sound that requires your attention,

You'll notice it and respond.

This is your time to rest and align with your most healthiest,

Slimmer self.

Breathing deeply and relaxing completely,

Your intelligent mind may have other thoughts while you rest.

Just observe those thoughts and let them go.

And so as you rest,

You can just take another deep breath.

Your subconscious mind is always listening and it effortlessly stores these words and learnings for your own highest benefit.

You might imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head and flowing down the length of your body,

Illuminating every cell system of your body.

Begin relaxing your muscles,

One muscle group at a time.

Relax your forehead,

Eyes,

And temples.

Relax your jaw.

Let your jaw be loose and comfortable and breathe that wave of relaxation down through the neck and shoulders.

Completely relaxing the neck and shoulders.

Let that soothing wave of calm energy flow down through the arms,

All the way down,

Down through the wrists and hands to the tips of your fingers.

That relaxing wave flows down into your chest,

Opening your heart center and down through the muscles of your stomach as you relax your stomach,

Making breathing easier and easier.

Imagine that soothing wave flowing down the spine,

Down vertebrae by vertebrae,

Radiating soothing,

Relaxing energy through all the muscles of your back.

The shoulder blades,

The middle back.

Relax your lower back.

Relax the hips.

Your body does so much for you throughout the day.

You can breathe an energy of gratitude through your body for all that it does for you,

Allowing it to rest a while here as that soothing wave flows down through the legs,

Relaxing your legs and shins.

Relaxing the ankles and feet,

Down through the tips of your toes.

You are safe and supported here,

Yes.

You are supported here on this peaceful journey,

A journey of change and openness and confidence.

In a moment,

You'll hear me counting down from 10 to 1.

As I count backwards and you relax deeper and deeper,

You might imagine yourself by a short foot bridge,

Surrounded by a warm and inviting,

Bright,

Soothing light.

This short bridge is surrounded by beautiful,

Sturdy trees,

Lush vegetation,

And a small stream with pure,

Clean water.

This bridge will take you to a special,

Sacred place,

A safe and embracing space where you can be your true self,

Slimmer and confident that you can reach any and all weight loss goals you set your mind to.

Here,

You're reminded that you don't need all the food you're used to consuming and how good it feels to be proud of yourself for having this knowledge.

This place can be anywhere you want it to be,

Providing a feeling of knowing,

Comfort,

Safety,

And relaxation.

This is your sanctuary and a place you can access any time you need to feel the positive changes you're already making.

That's right,

Breathe that in,

You're already making them.

Once I get to one,

You'll have reached the other side of this inviting bridge.

Ten,

Down,

Nine,

Down,

Relax even more,

Eight,

Down,

Seven,

Down,

Your mind and body are in perfect harmony and deeply at peace,

Six,

Down,

Five,

Down,

Feeling lighter,

Calmer,

And more at ease with each breath,

Four,

Down,

Three,

Down,

Deeper still,

Feeling confident in how you may achieve your goals,

Two,

Down,

Almost on the other side of the bridge and at your special place,

Every breath drawing you into this calm,

Peaceful state,

One,

Deeply relaxed now,

Ready to embrace the positive changes ahead.

Now you've arrived in your sanctuary and you feel relaxed and at peace,

Knowing this is your sacred space,

Feeling an energy of well-being and lightness,

Knowing that your body radiates that lightness all around you.

Here you are aligned with your health and weight loss goals.

You feel confident in your ability to say,

I don't need to consume more to feel safe and I know I live in abundance.

I want you to become aware of the habit of overeating to make up for boredom,

Laziness,

And lack of social wellness.

Perhaps you found yourself reaching for food when you have nothing else to do or just because food is around,

Even when you aren't truly hungry.

And that was okay because now you remember that this behavior is not a need for food,

But rather a need for some type of security and reassurance that you will not go without.

Now,

Imagine that the habit of overeating is like a heavy backpack you've been carrying around,

But you no longer need it.

You no longer need it.

You no longer need it.

Picture yourself setting the backpack down,

Releasing its weight completely.

Take a second to feel the relief and lightness of your body,

Lightness and relief.

In its place,

Imagine a feeling of clarity,

Confidence,

And control growing within you,

A true sense of freedom,

Knowing you no longer need to overeat for no reason.

You remember food is nourishment and that you can choose to have just enough for fuel.

You remember you will never lack food or the ability to buy it.

And with that,

You release the gripping feeling that there isn't enough food to go around.

You're reminded that you can choose to eat when your body truly needs it.

Just a short way up ahead,

You see a figure.

Ah,

It's your future self having already created these powerful shifts,

Already feeling lighter,

Having lost part of the weight goal,

Confident in your ability to control when and why you eat,

Knowing this will continue to help your weight loss journey.

Moving forward,

You notice a present awareness of your actual hunger signals.

In this moment,

You know that you will never overeat again.

In this moment,

You know that you will never overeat again.

Let that sink in,

Never overeat again.

Instead,

You have the confidence and knowledge that you will turn to something other than food in similar situations.

Every day,

In every way,

You feel lighter,

More balanced,

More in control,

And more at peace with your relationship with yourself and with food.

Let that settle in.

Now,

Imagine walking up to that future self and your future self greeting who you are today with arms outstretched,

Ready to embrace you,

Ready to welcome you.

Your future self is surrounded by that bright,

Beautiful light,

And as you approach,

You feel the energy of that light surrounding you.

You now imagine your future self sharing with you that confidence and motivation to be healthy and to continue your weight loss journey.

Internally,

You are reminded that you already have everything you need to succeed.

You are reminded you already have everything you need to succeed.

Your future self offers you words of support and encouragement,

Telling you,

You can do this.

You can do this.

You've got this,

And it's so deeply gratifying.

You are aligning for your highest purpose as you now merge together and become one with your future self.

Pause and take that moment in.

You are now aligned with your future self.

Imagine yourself now standing in that body,

Looking out at the world through those eyes,

And being reminded that from this moment on,

You will quickly recognize the difference between true hunger and the need to overeat.

You feel calm,

Confident,

And secure that you can control your eating habits,

Totally align with your goals and purpose.

Now imagine moving through your world with this positive energy in a deep and profound sense of trust in yourself.

Trust in yourself.

You possess the knowledge you need to continue your weight loss goal.

You begin to feel yourself moving through your days,

Aligned with that deep sense of having achieved your desired weight loss.

That's right.

Breathe that in.

You can bring all of these benefits forward.

They last long after this moment has passed.

In fact,

Remember that once you brush your teeth,

Your body and mind will receive the signal that you've had just enough fuel to keep you going,

And you don't require any more food.

Take that in.

You won't require any more food.

Imagine rising in the morning from the moment your feet touch the floor,

All these suggestions are activated and refreshed,

So you're bringing this state of confidence,

Lightness,

And control throughout your day,

Feeling greatly connected to your new,

Slimmer body.

Old overeating habits just dissolve away.

Just release off and away.

Allow yourself to be surprised by how easy this process was for you.

Begin to find it so much more comfortable now to rest in that knowledge.

You're doing very well.

Breathe that in.

Imagine all these words and learnings integrating fully and completely to your highest benefit.

Incorporating these words with ease.

In a moment,

You hear me count up from one to five,

And as I do,

You bring all these benefits with you,

And they last and last.

As you continue to change,

You begin to feel a wonderful difference in the most interesting and enjoyable ways,

Whether you're winding down to sleep at night after the music completes,

Drifting down to a deep,

Restful sleep in this quiet time,

Prepares your body to sleep soundly through the night until the perfect time in the morning,

Or while listening to these words during the day.

After the count of one to five,

Returning to your day,

Feeling very good,

Bright,

And clear,

Bringing all these benefits with you.

One,

Take a nice cleansing breath,

Bringing your energy back to this moment.

Two,

You can wiggle your fingers and toes,

Coming back into your body.

Three,

You become more and more alert.

Four,

You are now back in your body.

Five,

You can open your eyes if you wish,

Feeling good and doing amazing.
