I've created a 5 minute Breathwork Morning Meditation to start your day on the right breath. This will be a short breathwork session where you will start with observing the things around you and inside of you. Afterwards you will move your body then we will start the breathwork. Disclaimer: If you have any ailments such as a heart condition, high blood pressure or hernia or any issues with your digestive system or nervous system, please take it very easy. If you feel dizzy at any part of this breathwork session, stop immediately and go back to your regular breathing pattern.
