How lucky we are to exist here now.
Let's start this session by observing,
Observing your body.
How does it feel?
Sore,
Stiff,
Rested,
Light.
Don't judge it.
Just observe it.
Let it go.
Observe your breath.
Is it shallow,
Deep,
Long,
Short?
Don't judge it.
Just observe it.
Let it go.
Now join me in inviting some movement into your body.
Let's stand.
Plant your two feet underneath you.
Grounding you.
Close your eyes.
Feel the blood rushing through your veins.
Your chest expanding and contracting with each breath you take.
Invite movement into your body.
Letting your body be loose.
Move up and down.
Not jumping,
But small movements.
I invite you to slowly make bigger movements up and down.
Now as your body is loose,
Jump up and down.
Keep going.
Keep going.
You're almost there.
Keep going.
Now slowly come back to being still.
Standing oh so still.
Open your eyes and observe what is around you.
Sing gratitude to your site and the things around you.
Now take a seat or lie down to start this breath work session.
You may sit on the floor.
I suggest putting a cushion under you to keep your back straight.
If you do.
Practicing this type of breath work on an empty stomach is important.
Also a disclaimer as if you have any ailments such as a heart condition.
High blood pressure or hernia or any issues with your digestive system or nervous system.
Please take it very easy.
If you feel dizzy at any part of this breath work session.
Stop immediately and go back to your regular breathing pattern.
Place your right hand on your belly and gently place your left hand on your chest.
You will inhale naturally through your nose.
Then on your exhale lightly push your belly in with your right hand as you exhale.
Use the strength of your belly to contract as you exhale.
Keeping the rest of your body still.
We will inhale normally then forcefully exhale 10 times out.

Imagine what it means for you to have a perfect day.
Visualize it.
Know it.
Then exhale.
