Welcome to this breathwork meditation journey designed to give you a much-deserved rest after a stressful day at work.

Find a calming and private space to sit or lay down,

Ensuring your posture is comfortable.

Gently close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice as you feel your body getting heavy,
