How would you like to feel today? I invite you to set the intention with me to awaken to the possibilities that are open to us every morning of our lives, to be thankful for where we have been and excited for where we are going. Good morning.

Welcome to another day of your life.

Another blessed,

Beautiful day.

Let's take a second to feel the gratitude of having this opportunity of a clean slate,

A fresh start,

A new day.

As you wake up,

Take a moment to lie still in bed.

Allow your eyes to stay closed and your body to stay relaxed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise,

And exhale slowly through your mouth or nose,

Whichever is most comfortable right now,

And feel your belly fall.

Repeat this deep belly breathing a few more times,

Feeling your body settling into a peaceful,

Relaxed,

Alert,

Aware state.

Every cell in your body is ready,

Waiting for the intention that you're going to give it today.

Now bring your awareness to your thoughts.

Notice any thoughts that may be arising,

Whether they are positive,

Negative or neutral.

Without judging these thoughts,

Simply acknowledge them and let them pass,

Like clouds drifting across a vast sky.

Remember,

You are not your thoughts.

You are the sky,

Vast and unchanging,

And your thoughts are simply passing phenomena.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Take a moment to come back to that gratitude for the gift of a new day.

Reflect on the many blessings in your life,

The people you love,

The opportunities you have,

The simple joys and comforts that often go unnoticed.

Allow a sense of deep appreciation to fill your heart.

Now set an intention for your day.

What kind of day would you like to have?

What qualities do you want to embody?

Perhaps you wish to be more patient,

More loving,

More focused or more adventurous?

Take a moment to clarify your intention,

Making it as specific and vivid as possible.

As you hold this intention in your mind,

Silently repeat it to yourself a few times,

Feeling it resonating in every cell of your body.

Visualise yourself moving through your day with this quality or intention,

Guiding your actions and interactions.

See yourself handling challenges with grace,

Interacting with others with kindness,

And pursuing your goals with focus and determination.

And as you do this,

Feel a sense of positivity,

Possibility and excitement flowing through you.

You have the power to shape your day and to approach it with a positive,

Growth-orientated mindset.

Embrace this empowering truth.

Now begin to deepen your breath,

Taking a few more full,

Nourishing breaths,

Sending the breath to every part of your body,

Saying good morning to each organ,

Each limb,

Each joint,

Each cell.

With each inhalation,

Feel yourself drawing in positive energy,

And with each exhalation,

Feel yourself releasing any lingering negativity or tension.

When you're ready,

Before opening your eyes,

Take a moment to stretch your body.

Reach your arms overhead,

Point and flex your toes,

And make any other movements that feel good to you.

And as you stretch,

Affirm to yourself,

I am awake,

Energised and ready for a good day.

Now gently open your eyes and sit up in bed.

Take a moment to appreciate your surroundings,

The softness of your bed,

The warmth or coolness of the air on your skin,

The sounds of the world coming to life outside your window.

And as you go about your morning routine,

Brushing your teeth,

Taking a shower,

Eating breakfast,

Carry your intention with you.

Infuse each action with your positive energy and your commitment to living your intention.

Throughout your day,

Whenever you need a boost of positivity or a reminder of your intention,

Take a moment to pause,

Close your eyes,

And take a few deep breaths.

Reconnect with the feelings of peace,

Gratitude,

And positive anticipation you cultivated during your morning meditation.

Remember,

Every moment is a new opportunity to align with your highest self and your deepest intentions.

Trust in your ability to create a day filled with joy,

Growth,

And fulfilment.

Carry this energy of positivity,

Gratitude,

And purposeful intention with you as you embrace the gift of this new day.

And know that you can return to this practice any time you need to,

To re-center,

Realign,

And reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength.
