In this track, I will lead you through an EFT (tapping) practice designed to help you access peace and calm when you're having a busy or stressful day. Tapping can help your nervous system regulate, by acknowledging the feelings you are currently having, and then suggesting new ways to reframe your thoughts. Composer: Music Of Wisdom

Today's EFT practice is to help you find calm in a busy day.

So before we begin,

Take a moment now to tune in to how you're feeling right at this second.

So on a scale of 1 to 10,

Where 1 is completely calm and 10 is extremely stressed or overwhelmed,

Rate your current level of stress.

And either write down or make a mental note of this number.

This will help you track your progress through the tapping session.

We're going to start with our setup point.

And you're going to start by tapping on the side of your hand.

And then I'll follow by leading you through the rest of the tapping points.

So don't worry too much about it.

You really can't get this wrong.

Come to your karate chop point on the side of your hand.

And repeat these after me either out loud or in your head.

Or you can let my voice move the energy for you.

Even though I feel overwhelmed and stressed by my busy day,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though there's so much on my plate right now,

And I'm feeling anxious and overwhelmed,

I choose to find calm and peace within myself.

Even though I have all these responsibilities and it's hard to slow down,

I deeply and completely love,

Honor and accept myself and where I am today.

I'm going to move to tap to your eyebrow point,

The inside of your eyebrow.

I feel so overwhelmed by everything I have to do.

Tap the side of your eye.

It feels like there's no time to slow down.

Tap under your eye.

My mind is racing and I can't relax.

Under the nose.

There's just too much going on.

On your chin.

I feel this pressure building up inside me.

I tap your collarbone.

I'm so busy I don't even have time to breathe.

Tap under your arm.

It's hard to find any calm in the middle of all this stress.

And the top of your head.

I'm feeling overwhelmed and tense.

Come back to your eyebrow point.

I acknowledge the stress I'm feeling right now.

The side of your eye.

I accept that I've been busy and overwhelmed.

Under your eye.

But I'm ready to release some of this stress.

Under your nose.

I choose to find moments of peace in my day.

On your chin.

I am letting go of this tension,

Little by little.

On your collarbone.

It's safe for me to relax,

Even if it's just for a moment.

Under your arm.

I choose to allow calm into my body and mind.

Top of your head.

I'm finding calm right here,

Right now.

Back to your eyebrow point.

I choose to feel calm,

Even in the middle of a busy day.

The side of your eye.

I give myself permission to relax and breathe.

Under the eye.

I am releasing all the tension and stress from my body.

Under your nose.

I am open to feeling peaceful and calm.

On your chin.

I deserve moments of calm,

Even when I'm busy.

On your collarbone.

I am grounded,

I am centered,

I am calm.

Under your arm.

I can handle whatever comes my way,

With peace and ease.

The top of your head.

I feel calm,

Centered and ready to move forward.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it out again.

And now take a moment to check back in with yourself.

On a scale of 1 to 10,

Where is your stress level now?

Has your number gone down?

Notice how you feel.

Remember that you can come back to this tapping practice any time you need to create a moment of calm in your day.

Thank you for sharing your time with me today.

And I hope you have a wonderful day.
