You may want to do this practice outside while walking or running. If you have running shoes, put them on, because there will be some physical exercise involved here! This technique is adopted from the Oxygen Advantage, by Patrick McKeown. This technique is specific to endurance and exercise training, and it extends your endurance potential by improving the oxygen-carrying capacity of your blood, your VO₂ max, which refers to how much oxygen your body can absorb and use during exercise. It also trains your CO2 resistance, so it is an excellent anxiety management tool as well. Contra indications apply.
