In order to deepen your sense of balance and comfort we will incorporate the healing energy of the heart chakra the heart chakra represents represented by the color green is the center of love compassion and healing.
To enhance this energy you may choose to hold a heart chakra stone on your chest or simply visualize the vibrant green light within your heart space.
Take a moment to connect with the heart chakras you hold or visualize the heart chakra stone.
Allow its energy to resonate with your heart promoting feelings of comfort and support.
Breathe in and with each exhale imagine the gentle green light expanding enveloping your heart space.
Now let's bring our attention to the nature of grief and loss.
Recognize that grief is a natural response to any type of loss and it is unique to each individual.
We honor your personal journey and provide a safe space for you to heal.
As we continue through this meditation remember that wherever you are in this process it's valid and it's okay.
Begin to focus on your breath with each inhale imagine yourself breathing in love compassion and understanding.
With each exhale release any pain sadness or tension that may be present with you.
Let your breath symbolize the process of letting go and making room for healing.
Now bring your attention to your heart chakra stone or the visualization of the green light within your heart space.
You may feel warmth comfort or a gentle energy radiating from it.
Allow this energy to expand flowing throughout your body reaching every corner of your being.
Let it bring you a sense of love and interconnectedness with the world around you.
As you continue to breathe gently invite any emotion that arise to express themselves without judgment or criticism.
Grief often surfaces in waves and it's natural to experience a variety of emotions.
Acknowledge them with kindness and compassion understanding that it is a part of healing process.
Now in your mind's eye picture yourself in a serene and tranquil place of your choosing.
Perhaps a beautiful garden or a peaceful shoreline.
Visualize the surroundings notice the colors textures and scents.
This is your sanctuary a place of solace and peace where you can fully process and honor your grief.
Take a few moments to immerse yourself in the sanctuary feeling the support of your surroundings and the energy of the heart chakra.
Allow yourself to experience a deep sense of comfort and acceptance.
When you are ready gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes feeling the connection to your physical body.
