Hello there,

And welcome to this guided meditation to call forth a little bit of creativity,

Harmony,

Connection,

And an opportunity to connect with your present moment.

If you're ready,

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or on a cushion.

Allow your hands to rest gently on your lap.

Close your eyes if that feels comfortable,

And begin to welcome awareness to your inhale and exhale.

Notice the subtle changes in your body as your breath takes up space within,

And the sense of harmony as you exhale.

Continue with a comfortable cycle of breath that meets your needs today.

As you gently begin to bring your attention to the present moment,

Notice the sensations in your body,

The feeling of the ground or the surface supporting you,

And the unique rhythm of your breath.

With each inhale,

Feel a sense of calm entering your body.

With each exhale,

Release any worries or distractions.

Now imagine yourself in a beautiful,

Serene space that supports creativity and a sense of connection.

This could be a garden,

An art studio,

A dance hall,

Or a cozy living room filled with like-minded individuals like yourself.

Picture this place in vivid detail,

Noticing the colors,

The light,

The atmosphere,

Or any sensations that might rise.

In this space,

You feel a sense of belonging and a sense of connection.

You see others around you.

Some are painting,

Others are dancing,

And some are simply enjoying a warm conversation.

You are surrounded by a community that values expression and individuality.

Take a moment to imagine yourself participating in an activity that brings you joy.

Maybe you're painting a picture,

Perhaps moving to music,

Or engaging in a heartfelt conversation.

Connect to that feeling and the sense of freedom and creativity flowing through you.

As you continue to visualize this scene,

Bring your awareness to the feelings of joy that grow within you,

Knowing that these feelings are always accessible to you no matter where you are.

They are a part of you and can be nurtured and expressed in many ways.

Now let's come back to our breath.

Bring the sense of joy,

Harmony,

And connection.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel a sense of calm and contentment.

Bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Reconnecting with the feelings or the sensations of the ground beneath your feet,

Connecting with the expansion and contraction of your body with the rhythm of your breath.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to open your eyes to connect with the space around you,

Perhaps scanning the room or wherever you are.

Carry the sense of calm and connection and creativity with you as you go about your day.

Remember that you are part of a larger community that values and supports your unique expression and movement in life.
