Close your eyes and imagine you are standing where the tide meets the sand.
The water is cool,
Clear,
And kind.
As you inhale,
Feel the tide rise to meet your ankles.
As you exhale,
Feel it pull away,
Taking with it the heaviness of worry that you have been carrying.
Dissolve the edges of your resistance,
Let them melt into the current.
You do not need to fight the waves,
You are the water itself.
Let your thoughts become like seaweed,
Drifting along the ocean.
There is no need to grab at them,
Let them float past.
Your heart is an ocean,
Vast,
Deep,
And able to handle any storm until it turns to stillness.
Before coming back to reality,
Repeat these affirmations after me.
I flow with ease.
I honor my vastness.
I let go of what no longer serves my heart.
