Find a position where your body feels comfortable and fully supported.
Close your eyes and as you take a deep breath in,
Imagine a warm rose gold light beginning to glow at the very center of your chest.
As you exhale,
Let your shoulders drop away,
Releasing the weight of the day.
Return your breath to your natural and relaxed state,
Like the ebb and flow of the ocean across the sand.
Feel where your body meets the surface beneath you.
Imagine you are now resting on a warm,
Sunny and sandy beach.
The air around you is humid,
Sweet,
And smells faintly of sea salt and blooming jasmine.
You are standing where the turquoise water meets the white foam of the shore.
This is the place of her birth,
The intersection of the vast,
Deep subconscious and the brightness of the walking world.
Now watch the waves.
They don't struggle to be beautiful.
They simply are.
As you watch the waves from the horizon,
A figure begins to emerge from the mist.
She does not walk,
She flows.
She is the Greek goddess Aphrodite.
Flowing towards you,
She doesn't demand your gaze.
She simply occupies her space,
With a self-acceptance so radiant you cannot look away.
Now,
As she stands before you,
Her radiant glow of beauty is so captivating,
It takes you a second to notice she is holding out a seashell towards you.
You notice how she looks at you.
There is no judgment in her eyes,
Only a profound scent of love.
You gently take the shell from her and instinctively know to hold it to the center of your chest.
You begin to feel a rose gold warmth emanating from the shell to the glow that is already within you.
Then it starts to move all throughout your body in a graceful motion.
This is the powerful,
Loving energy that is Aphrodite.
You begin to feel the rose gold warmth starting to overflow and know it's time to return the shell back to the sea.
You gently lay the shell on the sand and with the next flow of the tide,
It was gone.
You look up and notice Aphrodite is still here.
She is holding up a mirror made out of the calmest water.
When you see your reflection in this mirror,
You do not see any flaws.
You see your radiant,
Beautiful self staring back at you.
You see the way your spirit hums with its own unique frequency of beauty.
Before disappearing with the waves,
Aphrodite says,
Your beauty is not a mask you put on.
It is the light that glows from you when you finally stop hiding from your true self.
Take a final deep breath and inhale the sense of the room you are in.
Exhale and feel yourself gently coming back into your physical form.
When you are ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and gently blink your eyes open.
