And peace slips further away. So let this be your pause from that loop. You don't need to think your way out of everything. You don't need to find the answer by pressing harder. You don't need to keep feeding the spiral. Breathing space. And breathe out mental noise. Breathing quiet. And breathe out repetition. Breathing calm. And breathe out.
