Welcome to this guided meditation on the air element.

Find a comfortable seat and close down your eyes.

Breathe naturally,

Without changing anything.

Just observing each inhale and each exhale.

Notice the gentle rhythm of your breath,

Mirroring the ever-moving flow of air.

Let your breath guide you into the present moment,

Grounding you in the here and now.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Continue breathing deeply,

Feeling your body and mind beginning to soften.

Feel the air gently flow in through your nose and out through your nose.

Air symbolizes breath,

Freshness,

And expansiveness.

Embracing the qualities of air can help us find stillness,

Allowing us to breathe deeply into a renewed sense of calm and serenity.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Notice the presence of air around you,

Flowing freely and unbound.

Feel the expansiveness of air,

Just as it touches every corner of the earth.

Embrace this vastness within yourself,

Knowing that you too have the capacity to connect with everything around you.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Notice the freshness of the air,

Cleansing your mind and renewing your body.

Allow this freshness to bring you a newfound sense of energy.

Observe how air can carry whispers and echoes,

Just as our thoughts come and go.

Allow your thoughts to pass by and find stillness and peace.

Breathe in deeply,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Release any thoughts or distractions,

Allowing them to dissolve into the air.

Feel the lightness of air.

And feel that same sense of lightness within yourself,

Lifting your spirit.

As you continue to breathe,

Feel the air element expanding within you,

From your lungs to your belly,

Permeating every cell of your being.

Big breath in.

Feel the air connecting you with the world around you.

Big breath out.

Let it go.

Feel a sense of openness within yourself.

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing with you clarity and peace.

Continue to acknowledge that feeling of openness.

Places in your mind and body where your breath helped you to create space.

Like air,
