It's me Sasha Marie and I'm just so grateful to be practicing with you today.
Now remember this time is for you and all that you needed to provide for you.
Begin to turn inward slowly and become aware of the parts of your body that are in contact with whatever it is that's holding you.
Start to let go of what happened today and land safely in this moment.
Take a moment to find a position that is comfortable for you and when you're ready,
Close your eyes if that feels okay or find a soft downward gaze.
So begin to shift into a gentle awareness from your headspace into your heart space.
Notice the you that is here now.
Notice what's going on in your head,
In your heart,
In this moment and gently hold yourself through any turbulence that you might be feeling.
No judgment,
Just notice.
Pay attention to what thoughts usually arise during this time.
Just notice these thoughts and continue to be in loving awareness.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now without controlling your breath,
I'd like you just to notice your breath.
Where can you feel your breath?
Can you feel the cool air coming in through your nose and the warm air release as you exhale through your mouth?
So let's focus on our breath for just a moment.
Let's take in three deep cleansing breaths in together and then let out an audible sigh.
So breathe in through the nose and release out through the mouth letting out a sigh.
Deep breath in through the nose and release through the mouth letting out a sigh.
And one more time.
Deep breath in through the nose and releasing out through the mouth letting out an audible sigh.
So let's sit here for just a moment as you just pay attention to the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.
Imagine with each breath in you're breathing in light and love and compassion and with each breath out breathing out doubt and worry and fear.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
So let's deepen into this moment and let's lean into the box breath which is my favorite.
It's super simple.
We breathe in for a count of four,
Hold for a count of four,
And then release for a count of four.
You ready?

Now return your breath back to a normal pace and let's just sit here for another moment in loving awareness of where we are right here,
Right now.
Focused on our breath,
The rise and the fall of our chest.
That's what's coming up for you in this moment.
Mama I wonder,
Do you know who you really are,
Like really know who you are?
In this moment,
Remember who you are.
I know the feeling of letting just one area of our lives define who we are as an entire being,
But that is not who we are.
That is just one area of our life that still needs growing.
Has there been a time where you let one area of guilt or shame define who you were as a person?
Maybe you forgot to pick up time and you fell off like a failure and you let that one moment define your whole day or even your whole week.
That's what's coming up for you in this moment.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Mama we don't need to let moments throughout our day define who we are.
We don't have to hide who we really are.
You don't have to hide who you truly are.
Deep breath in through your nose and out through the mouth.
The need to hide our true desires and be who we truly are can feel quite restrictive and the need to keep the peace in our role can feel quite exhausting,
But mama I'd like you to imagine the feeling of liberation when you stay true to you,
When you stay true to you.
It is your time to shine.
Steepen our breath a little bit more.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
We can often look outside ourselves for answers,
However I believe wholeheartedly that we know what's best for us,
Our heart,
Our body,
Our soul.
It knows when it's a full body,
Yes.
Notice what's coming up for you right now.
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Hold space for yourself in this moment and continue to be in loving awareness.

It's what we do moment by moment,
Bit by bit,
And over time.
Remember mama,
This power is within you.
This moment of finding out who you really are takes time.
Can you witness any contrast?
And can you feel this new version of you come forward today?
If your heart could speak to you,
What would it say?
What message does she have for you in this moment?

And slowly come back into this moment,
This space,
This time.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Remember this moment is for you,
And so it is.
