Hello my name is Annabelle and today we're gonna just be relaxing.
We're gonna be focusing on releasing the stress from the day and finding peace.
Finding that inner peace you hear so often but often can also seem out of reach.
So getting comfortable,
Taking a seat,
Laying down,
Leaning on something.
I don't want you to be straining at all.
Instead just relaxed.
You can add cushions,
You can add a blanket,
Whatever feels right.
And then I invite you to place your hands just near your belly button and I want you to breathe in and when you breathe in feel your hands rise.
And breathe out,
Feel yourself relax.
And again breathing in and out.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
And in and out.
And finally allowing yourself to start to focus instead of on your breath on the top of your head.
And relaxing your muscles,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your cheeks,
The back of your head,
Your ears,
Your jaw.
Breathing in and releasing all the tension in your neck.
Releasing from your shoulders,
Your upper arms,
Lower arms,
Palms and fingers.
And breathing in,
Directing that breath to your heart center,
Your chest.
And on your exhale releasing the tension from your back and your chest.
Releasing from your stomach and your belly,
Your mid and low back.
Breathing in to your hip space and on your exhale relax your glutes,
Your hips,
Your thighs.
And breathing in relaxing your calves,
Your feet,
Your toes.
You are so loved and so safe.
You are so worthy.
There is nothing you need to do right now except focus on your heart.
Listen to it beat.
Listen to your own body.
Start to feel your heartbeat pumping in your chest.
Pumping through your veins.
Reaching your arms.
Reaching your belly.
Reaching your legs.
Knowing that your body cares for you so much.
It does all this naturally for you.
That your body loves you,
Supports you,
Sustains you.
Now I want you to think about the time that you felt so much gratitude.
Could have been for a person,
For nature,
For yourself.
And start to think of that memory.
Who was there?
What were you doing?
Can you remember what it felt like to be there?
To experience it all?
And now start to think something in your future that you are so excited for.
It could be absolutely anything.
Start to think about how it's gonna feel.
What's gonna happen?
Who is gonna be there?
Now imagine yourself in front of a beautiful golden mirror.
A mirror that highlights all of your perfections.
Standing in front of it and seeing how incredible you are.
Seeing yourself as others see you.
With this golden light around you.
Your flawless skin.
You are glowing.
You are beautiful.
You're perfection exactly as you are.
Start to notice and list all of those beautiful things about you.
Maybe there's even more than you've ever seen.
And now coming back to your breath.
Really anchoring this feeling into every cell of your body.
With each breath deepening this feeling of love,
Of gratitude,
Of worthiness.
When you're ready taking the deepest breath you have all day.
Starting to move your fingers and toes.
Coming back to the room.
But keeping this feeling.
You are so appreciated.
You are so loved.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes and continue on with today.
