The breath is a powerful tool,

Throughout this session we will use conscious breathing techniques to facilitate a deep emotional release and to connect with our true selves,
Those parts of us that may have been overshadowed by the demands of everyday life and the constraints of the ego.
Today you will have the opportunity to explore your emotional body.
Those feelings that shape your experiences influence your thoughts and impact your relationships.

Each emotion is a messenger and throughout this process you will learn to listen to those messages with compassion and understanding.
