This dynamic breathwork session is designed to help you awaken energy, clear stagnation, and reconnect with the power within your body. Through three rounds of conscious connected mouth breathing, you’ll build intensity, expand your capacity, and move into deeper states of presence through extended breath holds. Each round uses a wave-like inhale—filling the belly, then the chest—followed by a sighing exhale through the mouth. After 40 breaths, you’ll empty the lungs and enter a guided breath hold, with each round increasing in length. This practice can feel energizing, releasing, intense, and deeply clarifying. You are always encouraged to listen to your body. If you need air during the breath hold, simply take a deep inhale, exhale it back out, and continue holding until the round is complete. Come to this practice when you want to feel more alive, more open, more present, and more connected to your inner strength.
