Hello everyone,

And welcome to this dynamic breathwork session.

Today,

We'll guide you through a powerful sequence of controlled breaths,

Breath holds,

And vocal toning designed to enhance your immune system,

Reduce stress levels,

And bring a sense of calm and energy to your mind and body.

Breathwork like this has been shown to oxygenate the body,

Stimulate the vagus nerve,

And help the body shift from a state of stress to one of relaxation and clarity.

In this practice,

We'll go through four rounds.

Each round will include controlled hyperventilated breaths,

A breath hold,

And a deep inhale and hold,

Followed by vocal toning to release tension and center your mind.

Here's how it works.

We'll start with 40 controlled hyperventilated breaths to energize and oxygenate the body.

Each breath will be strong,

Quick inhales and releases,

Like this.

And I'll guide you through each breath.

We'll be breathing in and out through the mouth,

Letting the air fall out on the exhale.

After our 40 breaths,

You'll blow all the air out and hold for around 1 minute,

2 minutes,

And 30 seconds.

Don't worry if you can't hold for the full time.

Just focus on staying relaxed.

After the hold,

I'll prompt you to inhale deeply through your nose and hold that breath for up to 1 minute.

A few seconds in,

I'll invite you to take small sips of air to expand the lungs even further.

Finally,

We'll vocally tone the breath out in a slow,

Vocal exhale,

Going.

This vocal toning helps activate the vagus nerve and brings a sense of release and relaxation to the body.

Take these moments to feel the sensations in your body and simply observe what arises without judgment.

You'll find that each round brings you closer to a deep sense of calm,

Energy,

And clarity.

Let's start by taking a nice,

Deep breath in through the nose and sighing the air out through the mouth.

Let's take one more deep inhale.

Hold it at the top and sigh the air out.

Now get comfortable and let's begin our first round.
