Welcome to this guided breathwork session,

Designed to help you drift into a deep,

Peaceful sleep.

In this practice,

We'll focus on calming and regulating your nervous system,

Gently activating the parasympathetic response,

Often called the rest and digest state.

This state is where your body naturally relaxes,

Allowing stress to melt away and your mind to quiet down,

Creating the perfect environment for restorative sleep.

Throughout this session,

We'll be breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth with slow,

Extended exhales.

These slow breaths,

Paired with intentional breath retention,

Are incredibly effective at signaling your body that it's time to let go and relax.

So find a comfortable position,

Either lying down or sitting in a cozy spot,

And prepare to guide your body and mind into a state of complete tranquility.

Let's begin.

Follow my breath and allow yourself to sleep.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Find peace.

Let your mind be still.

No thinking.

No thoughts.

Simply focusing on nothing.

Emptying out the mind for a wonderful night's sleep.

Find peace in the still.

And just be here.

Take a nice,

Deep inhale in through the nose.

And hold this breath.

Be still.

Aware of nothing.

Adrift in your own mind.

At peace.

Slowly drifting away into the body.

No thoughts in your mind.

You are here and now.

We will release the breath in three,

Two,

One.

You've reached the end of this breath work journey.

Take a moment to notice how calm and grounded you feel.

The breath has guided you into a deeper connection with your body.

Signaling safety and relaxation to your nervous system.

If sleep hasn't already arrived,

Trust that it's just around the corner.

Stay in this quiet space.

Allow your body to rest and your mind to soften.

There's nothing more you need to do.

Just let yourself drift.

Knowing that you've given yourself the gift of peace and restoration.

Sweet dreams.

And thank you for sharing this moment with me.

Farewell,

My friends.
