Welcome to this Primal Energy Breathwork Session.

Designed to guide you into an altered state of consciousness.

Through deep,

Heavy breathing,

Powerful inhales and exhales,

We will drastically reduce carbon dioxide levels in your body.

This process shifts blood flow away from the prefrontal cortex of your brain,

Loosening the constraints of everyday reality,

And opening the door to expansive awareness.

A word of caution.

This is a powerful practice.

As you embark on this journey,

Trust your breath and listen to your body.

We will breathe in and out through the mouth,

Into the belly,

Into the chest,

And exhale out the mouth with powerful exhales.

It will sound like this.

Allow the breath to expand into your belly,

Then into your chest in a wave-like motion.

Powerful inhales,

Powerful exhales.

If you're new to breathwork,

Remember to listen to your body.

If at any point you feel light-headed or uncomfortable,

Return to a natural breath.

In the nose,

Out the mouth,

Slow exhales.

I now ask you to find stillness.

Lying down,

Eyes closed,

Focus on nothing,

Become aware of nothing,

And we will begin momentarily.

Be still,

My friend.

We are about to begin.

We will begin momentarily.

We will begin in 3,

We will do a deep inhale and hold in 3,

2,

1.

Deep inhale and hold the breath.

Now,

As you hold your breath,

Notice the sensations rising within you,

Feeling the stillness,

The calm,

The spaciousness.

This is your body and mind entering a state of deep surrender.

The tingling in your fingers,

The lightness in your head,

The warmth in your chest,

This euphoria,

Your body's way of showing you its potential for expansion.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this feeling.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to be.

Just exist in this moment of pure presence.

With every second passing,

Feel yourself letting go of limitations,

Opening up to the vastness of your inner world.

Trust this process.

Let the constraints of reality dissolve as you merge with the infinite possibilities within you.

Keep holding.

Keep holding,

You're almost there.

We will exhale the breath out in 3,

2,

1.

Deep exhale.

Now,

Big inhale in through the nose.

Now,

Big inhale in through the nose.

Hold it at the top.

Exhale the breath out slowly through the mouth.

Let your breathing return to normal now.

And be still.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs fully.

And let it out slowly.

Feel the power flowing through you,

The energy you've awakened,

The clarity you've created,

And the strength within you.

You've just tapped into the immense power of your breath,

Unlocking the limitless potential that's always been inside you.

This moment is a reminder of your ability to rise above,

To expand,

And to reconnect with the infinite strength within your true self.

Take one more deep breath,

Deep in as much as you can.

When you're ready,

Exhale the breath out.

Open your eyes.

Step forward into your day knowing that this power is yours to access whenever you need it.

You are capable.

You are unstoppable.
