Find a peaceful place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your body begin to soften.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your jaw relax,

And your heart open.

Each breath draws you deeper into calm awareness.

Inhale peace and exhale distraction.

Take another breath,

Long and full,

Knowing that God's presence is here with you.

Heavenly Father,

We invite you into this moment.

Jesus,

We welcome your voice of truth within us.

Holy Spirit,

Guide our hearts and minds into alignment with your wisdom.

Let your peace quiet the noise around us and open our hearts to hear you clearly.

Rest for a moment in the stillness of his love.

Bring your attention to the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light beginning to glow there.

This represents your divine intuition,

God's whisper within.

With every breath,

That light grows brighter,

Softer,

And clearer.

You may feel warmth,

Peace,

Or a quiet knowing arise.

Say silently in your heart,

I trust the wisdom that God places within me.

Repeat that softly again,

I trust the wisdom that God places within me.

Now imagine yourself standing in a peaceful garden,

A sacred space of truth and stillness.

You hear only the sound of your breath and the gentle rustle of leaves.

In this stillness,

Your heart opens even more.

Ask God,

Show me how to listen,

Help me to trust what I feel.

Wait for a sense,

A word,

An image,

Or simply a calm assurance.

You don't need to force it,

Just rest in openness.

Sometimes intuition speaks not in words,

But in peace.

Feel that peace expand through your chest,

Your mind,

And your entire being.

Begin to recall a moment in your life when you followed a quiet inner nudge.

Something small,

But meaningful.

Remember how that guidance led you toward good.

That same gentle presence is within you now.

God's Spirit communicates through peace,

Not pressure.

Through truth,

Not fear.

When something feels calm,

Aligned,

And loving,

It is often His voice guiding you.

Breathe that trust in.

Say quietly to yourself,

I am learning to recognize God's voice within me.

I trust the intuition He has given me.

Picture yourself walking forward on a path of light.

Each step you take is guided,

Not by worry,

But by faith.

You don't need to see the whole road ahead,

Only to trust the next step.

This is the beauty of intuition.

The sacred conversation between your soul and the divine.

As you breathe in,

Whisper in your heart,

Lord,

Guide my next steps.

And as you exhale,

Simply say,

I trust your voice within me.

Now bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel your breath flowing easily.

Your heart feels clear,

Open,

And connected.

Thank God for speaking to you.

Sometimes in silence,

Sometimes in knowing.

He is always near.

Take one more deep breath in,

And exhale fully,

Returning with peace and clarity.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this trust with you.
