Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Allow your hands to rest gently in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in and exhale gently.

Take another deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs and let it go completely.

Now just breathe naturally at your own pace.

Notice the rhythm of your breathing,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest.

With each breath,

Begin to relax the body.

Release tension in your shoulders,

Let your jaw unclench.

Relax your forehead,

Your neck,

Your hands,

And your stomach.

Feel yourself settling deeper into peace,

Grounded in this moment,

God is here.

Heavenly Father,

We invite your presence now.

We open this time to you,

To your peace,

Your love,

Your wisdom.

Let every thought slow down,

Let the noise of the world fade away.

As you breathe,

Imagine your breath as God's spirit moving through you.

A calm and gentle presence filling you with life.

Breathe in God's peace and exhale any worry or distraction.

You are safe,

You are loved,

And you are held by the one who created you.

Now gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

Place your hand over your heart if that feels right.

It has been beating for you since before you could remember,

A gift from God himself.

As you breathe,

Imagine that you are breathing directly through your heart.

Inhale through your heart and exhale through your heart.

Let your heart soften and open as God's love fills this space.

Ask quietly in your spirit,

Lord,

Open the eyes of my heart.

Teach me to see and feel with your love.

Now bring gentle awareness to your mind,

The space behind your eyes.

Notice any thoughts that come and go without judgment.

Imagine your mind being bathed in a soft golden light,

The light of Christ's wisdom.

Your thoughts begin to slow,

To quiet.

Now see that same golden light flowing from your heart and meeting your mind in harmony.

The heart and the mind are now connected,

Not striving against each other,

But working together in the peace of God.

Repeat silently,

Let peace be in my heart and my mind.

Breathe gently through the heart again.

With each breath,

Imagine love expanding outward.

Love for God,

Love for yourself,

And for all those around you.

Your heart sends a signal of gratitude and love,

And your mind receives it clearly.

Your thoughts become filled with peace,

Your emotions flow with love.

This is heart-brain coherence,

A divine harmony within you.

As you rest here,

Know that you are aligning with how God designed you.

To think and feel as one.

To live guided by both wisdom and love.

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for this beautiful union of mind and heart,

Logic and love,

Thought and feeling.

We ask that you continue to bring coherence into every part of our being.

Where there is confusion,

Bring clarity.

Where there is fear,

Bring peace.

Where there is doubt,

Bring faith.

Breathe into your heart again,

And let gratitude fill your entire body.

Gratitude for the breath in your lungs.

Gratitude for the light in your spirit.

Gratitude for the presence of God,

Who never leaves you.

Now imagine your heart glowing brighter,

A radiant light of Christ within you.

From this space,

You begin to think,

Speak,

And act from love.

Every decision begins in your heart,

And your mind serves that love with clear direction and faith.

Say quietly,

My mind and heart are one through Christ.

I walk in peace.

I live in love.

Take one more deep breath in,

And release it slowly.

Feel your body,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your chest.

Become aware again of the room around you.

Know that you can return to this state of harmony at any time,

Through a few calm breaths and the presence of God.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You are renewed,

Balanced,

And in perfect peace.
