Grace Tong

Grace is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and people-focused professional based in the UK. Her work is centred around helping people slow down and reconnect with themselves in the middle of busy, often overwhelming lives. She is especially drawn to supporting women navigating burnout, change, or a quiet sense of “is this all there is?” in the midst of successful but demanding lives. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and practical, offering space to pause without pressure to fix or perform. With a background in yoga, dance, and coaching while working in the corporate world the last 10+ years, she brings together movement, breath, and communication to create accessible practices for everyday wellbeing. Her meditations are designed to feel accessible and grounded, often drawing inspiration from nature, travel, and everyday experiences. She aims to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more at ease, without pressure or perfection. Outside of her wellbeing work, she enjoys exploring new places, dancing, yoga, and continuous learning. She is passionate about helping others feel more present, more balanced, and more connected in their daily lives.
