Welcome.
This morning we are going to start the day by setting an intention.
Setting an intention for today to reveal to us what we want from it.
Is it happiness?
Is it feeling more powerful?
Or is it feeling ease?
Take a few breaths on your own and decide what you want to practice today.
What is your intention for today?
Now that you're ready,
Let's start.
Take two breaths in and one breath out.
Repeat.
Two breaths in,
One breath out.
Now I want you to take two breaths in and hold.
Hold as much as you can and then slowly release.
Very slowly.
Do it as long as you are comfortable.
Now I want you to do the same again.
Two breaths in,
Hold and release very slowly.
And listen to the sound of your breath.
Can you hear it?
Can you quiet your thought so much that you can hear the breath?
Can you relax into it?
If any thought come into your mind,
I want you to look at it and let it pass.
Look at it as an unwanted guest.
Just push it.
Push it outside.
Push it out the door.
And breathe.
Come back to regular breathing again.
Relax into your breath.
Feel the air going in and feel it coming out.
Can you feel the air around your skin?
Is it a bit chilly,
Cold maybe or is it hot?
Can you feel the air going into your nose and coming out your mouth?
Now come back to the intention you set for the day.
Remember as you go into your day,
See if you can feel that intention.
Remember you set an intention and you watch what it reveals during the day.
