Today I want to share with you a technique to control your unwanted negative thoughts.
With your first two fingers of your right hand,
Try to find your pulse on your left hand.
Put your fingers on the skin of your left hand wrist to feel if you can find the pulse.
It takes a few seconds and when you start feeling it,
I assure you your negative thoughts are a bit slower or maybe gone.
If again they come back,
Try to feel that pulse again.
While you're keeping your fingers on the pulse,
The negative thoughts cannot be present anymore.
The best way to stop a negative pattern is to come back to your body.
Use any of the senses,
Touch,
Smell,
Sight,
Anything that connects you with your body will stop that negative pattern.
They are persistent.
You should be too.
So every time you put a pause in that negative thought,
They become weaker and weaker and after a while they'll stop completely.
