Today I'm going to remind you your worth.
Start by sitting comfortably and try to breathe deeply.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
While you're getting comfortable,
I want to share with you something I recently found out.
If you watch some documentaries on creation of the planet Earth,
You'll see that the Earth as we know it today started to have oxygen.
After 2 billion years.
So there was no oxygen before that.
And it took 2 billion years for Earth to have oxygen to be able to host us.
So many creatures are extinct,
Like dinosaurs,
Only for us to become livable.
Now that you're relaxed and ready,
I want to change up your breathing.
Have you ever gone scuba diving?
You know that underneath those beautiful oceans,
You need to inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose.
I know this is different from what we're used to,
But trust me on this,
It will bring you to the present moment.
So inhale through the mouth,
Exhale through the nose.
Again,
Inhale only through the mouth and exhale through the nose with your mouth closed.
Inhale through the mouth,
Exhale through the nose.
While you're practicing this breathing pattern,
I want you to feel the air on your skin.
The air that's hugging you,
Surrounding your body.
While you're feeling the air on your skin,
I want you to imagine that you're invited to a party.
When you get to this party,
You'll find out that the host was getting ready for this party a week before.
Don't you feel loved?
Don't you feel worthy?
Now imagine that the earth that's hosting us today was getting ready for two billion years just to have oxygen for us.
The oxygen that's vital for us to be able to live on this planet.
Don't you feel worthy?
Don't you feel loved?
Now I want you to go about your day and take this energy with you.
Feel the air on your skin.
Feel the air that's hugging you full of oxygen.
And remember your worth.
