Practice i'm going to be guiding you through awareness of your breath to help you become more present within yourself we'll take about three minutes for this practice this is going to be a brief one but it will also be supportive for you so i invite you to settle into a comfortable position You can close your eyes if you want to.
You don't have to.
I want you to soften your shoulders,
Relaxing your jaw.
If you're frowning,
See if you can soften your forehead.
And just sending an internal smile to your soul.
Beautiful.
And then paying attention to the way you're breathing in this moment.
Where does your breath feel like it's stuck,
That it's not flowing?
And from here breathing in through the nostrils and then opening your mouth and releasing the breath with a sigh Breathing in.
Let it go.
Breathing in.
Lighting up.
Softening on the exhalation,
Breathing in.
Allowing out.
Loosen the tight parts of your body,
Breathing in.
Letting go.
Breathing in.
Letting go.
Anchoring the breath.
Breathing in.
Letting go.
A couple more times at your own pace.
Beautiful and when you're ready if your eyes were closed Gently opening your eyes and coming back into the shared space.
And I just invite you to place a hand on your chest.
And just notice how you feel in this moment.
And you can speak that internally or just voice that.
So I feel peaceful in this moment.
And just acknowledging what is.
