With a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and a Diploma in Sports Psychology (Golf), Gary brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and deep understanding of the mind-body connection. His approach is both grounded and accessible, shaped by 23 years of delivering meditation across a wide range of settings. His personal philosophy is rooted in Buddhist principles, emphasising awareness, compassion, and presence.
