Flow to Sleep – Letting Yourself Be is a guided sleep meditation created to support deep rest through gentle body awareness and somatic permission. This offering begins with a 15-minute guided meditation, inviting you to rest without effort, fixing, or improvement. Through quiet, non-directive guidance, the body is allowed to settle naturally as awareness softens. The guided meditation then flows into a seamless overnight soundscape tuned to 432 Hz, offering steady support for deep rest throughout the night. The soundscape continues for nine hours, allowing the body to rest without interruption. There is nothing you need to do or follow. You don’t need to stay awake or listen closely. Simply allow the sound to remain in the background as your body settles into sleep. This track is part of the Flow to Sleep Collection.

Welcome to Float to Sleep.

This is a time to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

And let the body begin doing what it already knows how to do.

You don't need to listen carefully and you don't need to stay awake.

You can simply let these words move in the background while your body unwinds in its own way and in its own time.

Tonight,

There is nothing you need to become,

Nothing you need to improve.

You can let yourself be exactly as you are.

Let yourself arrive wherever you are for the night,

Not by adjustment,

Just by allowing what's already here.

The body has arrived.

There is nothing for it to prepare for now,

Nothing it needs to hold together.

Sleep is not something you have to work toward.

It unfolds as effort eases.

Begin by noticing the body,

Not as something to work on,

But as something already present,

Already resting on the surface beneath you.

The weight of the body is already given over.

There is no effort in being here.

Take a simple breath in,

Just noticing it arrive.

Notice how the exhale naturally softens things without being asked,

Steadily,

Without needing your attention.

Let awareness drift gently through the body now,

Just to notice the weight already received,

Not being asked to release,

Simply noticed as it is.

Resting without effort,

The center of the body exactly as it is,

Or remain as it is.

The weight of the thighs given over.

There is no need to check in.

It knows how to settle itself when nothing is being asked.

If attention drifts,

That's okay.

If awareness fades,

That's okay too.

As effort eases,

You may notice a sense of heaviness.

However,

It shows up is just right.

There is no correct experience here.

Just this one.

Nothing more for you to listen for.
