If you're feeling overwhelmed,
Distracted,
Or maybe sad,
Take a moment to acknowledge that you have arrived at this safe place.
Make yourself comfortable and if you're able to,
Close your eyes.
Take a moment and feel the full weight of your body noticing the support beneath you.
Breathe in deeply through the nose.
Exhaling through the nose.
And slowly inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the nose.
And begin to repeat silently to yourself,
I am grounded.
I am safe here.
I allow myself to experience emotions.
I know that I am separate from my emotions.
I let go of self-judgment.
I root myself deeply in the belief that I am worthy.
I allow myself to see the abundance all around me.
I believe in my own strength and my own power.
I am here now.
