But rather adjust your gaze to focus on the abundance that is uniquely yours.
Your abundance may be that of talents,
Love,
Passion,
Health,
Or home.
Take a moment to reflect on the abundance in your life.
And though the abundance that you do have cannot substitute or cancel out the things that you may desire,
It is still worth gratitude.
The practice of gratitude becomes stronger with habit.
And with time,
The gratitude mindset can become your default.
Take a moment to feel total gratitude for the abundance in your life.
Let that sensation,
That feeling of gratitude grow within your heart space.
Getting beyond yourself into the world around you.
Allowing your gratitude to have an effect on the environment and people in your life.
Being a symbol of what gratitude can do.
