Hey sweet one.
Thank you so much for giving yourself the space to listen to your body,
To slow down,
To come back into your own sacred vessel.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Whatever that may be,
Sitting up,
Laying down,
Listening to your own body's desire.
And as you do this,
Slowly starting to close your eyes and coming into awareness of your breath.
As always,
Our breath is our guide.
Our breath is our salvation.
Even in small moments,
Coming back into awareness of this relationship with our breath can shift so much.
So letting yourself feel your breath move in and through your body.
Inhaling this nectar and exhaling all that you do not need in this moment.
And releasing that which no longer serves.
As you do this,
You start to notice your body slow down.
The tensions that live in your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your hips,
Start to wane away as your breath tenderly touches each part of your body.
Slowly giving yourself the permission to surrender and to relax into this present moment.
Taking a few more breaths here.
With every breath noticing yourself sink just a little bit more.
Relax just a little bit more.
And when you're ready,
Keeping your eyes closed,
You can slowly bring your palms together and rubbing them together,
Creating some friction,
Creating heat.
Continuing to breathe as energy builds in your hands.
And when you feel ready,
When you feel like it's time,
Bringing those hands then to cover your eyes.
Bringing this created heat and created energy right back into you.
Softly covering your eyes with this new energy.
Breathe this in.
Notice how it feels.
And slowly start to give just a soft caress to your face,
To your cheeks.
Softly touching,
Honoring your own body.
As you move your hands up onto your skull,
Just giving yourself your own little head massage.
Moving your hands all over your skull,
Touching your head just as you like to be touched.
Giving yourself your own gift of physical touch here.
As you move down onto your neck,
Giving yourself a little neck massage.
As you do this,
Noticing how this feels in your body,
Just becoming aware and present to what is so.
As you give extra attention.
Slowly with one hand moving down one of your arms,
Massaging your arms.
Giving yourself your own hand massage.
Being reminded that we too can give ourselves what we need.
As you feel ready,
Slowly using the other hand and massaging the other arm.
All the way down to your hand as you give now this hand a hand massage.
Giving gratitude to your own body and all that it holds,
All that it carries.
Letting your body know how grateful you are.
Even in the moments that this may feel hard.
Even in the places that we may not fully accept our bodies.
See what offering of gratitude you give.
As you slowly continue to massage your chest,
Your belly.
Moving a bit to your lower back.
Giving extra love and energy to your kidneys.
Slowly moving over your hips,
Down your legs.
And a soft caress and massage for your feet.
Continuing to breathe.
And as you feel ready,
Coming to a place of pause.
Maybe just a light soft feathering off of any energy that you don't need.
Until you come to a place of stillness.
Notice what feels alive in you as you give yourself this gift of your own touch.
What gets awakened?
How does it feel?
What do you notice about your own thoughts?
Taking a few more breaths as you let yourself receive this gift.
No matter what has arisen for you in this.
Taking one more deep breath in.
Giving yourself gratitude.
And as you're ready,
Can slowly start to open your eyes.
Coming back into the space in which you sit.
