Chelsea Cotton

Chelsea Rose Cotton’s journey began at the age of 13 when a Shamanic Healer from the Andean mystic path appeared at her door with her two dogs, Amigo and Spirit. Chelsea instantly knew that this healer would be her teacher. For 17 years, she apprenticed with her, traveling to Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico to learn from wisdom keepers and elders. Chelsea was initiated into sacred Q’ero ceremonies, grounding herself in ancient rituals, communion with Mother Earth, and the unseen world—practices that felt deeply authentic compared to Western culture. These transformative experiences shaped her path, leading her to work in leadership development within the nonprofit sector for a decade, where she bridged spiritual wisdom with practical action. Later, Chelsea founded Wolves and Waterways, a women’s leadership program inspired by the transformative impact of wolves and ecosystem change. Wolves, as a keystone species, create ripples of change in ecosystems, restoring balance and vitality. Chelsea believes that the Feminine is the wolves of our time. When reconnecting to their natural habitat—bodies, hearts, and souls—we have the potential to catalyze a similar cascading impact in personal, social, and ecological ecosystems. By returning to our inherent wisdom, intuition, and wildness, we can profoundly transform not only themselves but also the world around us. She works with folks one on one, running retreats, and in corporate settings.
